  1. Hello J&T Properties,
  2.
  3. This email is in regards to a phone dispute I had earlier today over the ownership of the washer and dryer that resided in the 2343 W Desiree Ln rental property. A month or two after signing our first lease, Daniel Varner purchased a $200 washer and dryer set off of Craigslist. We have email records of this. I personally assisted Dan with renting a truck, loading up this used laundry set, unloading, and installing the used laundry machines in the 2343 home. As we moved out, I paid Dan $80 to take and continue using these machines at my new home.

  5. Please check the rental records for 2343 W Desiree Ln. You will show that on our first two leases, there was no washer and dryer attached to the home. That is because when we moved in, a washer and dryer were not provided. This should be supported by your business records for the property. According to this signed document "Equipment Addendum", the refrigerator that your company owns is not listed, and the two laundry machines you do not own are both listed. This document was introduced in our last 6 month lease with your company. If you check the handwriting on this document, you will see that was completely filled out by Dan, not your company. Your company should have filled out the asset information on this document if you intended to claim ownership of the appliances in the home. In fact, we left the refrigerator in the home because we do not own it.

  7. Please look over the documentation you have on file to back this up. They will not show ownership of these machines by your company. I do not want a paperwork error such as this to reflect negatively on the $1195 security deposit that was put down on the rental home when we moved in.

  9. I ask that you be reasonable and look at all the documented facts in this dispute. If you have any questions, reply to this email at any time, or call me at 256-577-0756 after 3 PM Arizona Time. I take these matters VERY seriously, and I ask that your company do the same.
  10.
  11. Thank you for your patience,
  12.
  13. Brian Hagen
