I think I have the potential to respond quickly to any problems players may have within the server and fix the problem to the best of my ability. When given a task I drive myself to complete/accomplish the task to my full potential and with great pride in my work. I am active on Teamspeak so I can quickly help / SS players in minimal time. I really enjoy staffing and I find it to be a great experience for me even for my future IRL job I will have a lot of patience and better customer service, I think I'd really enjoy staffing on a server with such a big player base like TrapHQ. I keep my personal opinions to myself so if I dislike someone I don't go around gossiping to others players, I don't spread rumours about anyone and I always think about what I am saying. If I am unsure of something I will ask a higher staff member or check the staff guide to see what the answers are too any of my questions, I will not ban players without valid proof and I will always keep personal preferences of players out of the question when deciding punishments. I haven't been staff on many servers but those I have been staff on I was very good at my job and I was highly respected by the community, when making decisions I analyse the situation and make the most appropriate decision possible. I am easy to get in touch with so if there is ever any problems I am able to help out as soon as possible, I have applied a few times but I don't think I was ever as ready as I am now. I would also try and recommend new things for the server that will help the server with lag and other things. I would also never try and cause any problems between any of the staff and never get in the way If there were staff working. Also I know how some players can act, by this I mean that I know some players can be very sneaky and can try and get out of things such as screen shares to try not to get banned, but I can usually catch them out one way or another. Another reason Is just quite a genuine reason If I am honest, I just enjoy being a staff member, I would never see It as a job or work. I feel that I would be very dedicated to the server and do my 100% best when possible or when given a task. When faced with a challenge It would get done as quickly as possible as I enjoy taking on challenges and when I enjoy something I try and get it done quickly. I would make sure it is done In a good way, as quality is always needed. I would like to become staff because although I do enjoy playing the game as a player, I think I am better equip to being a staff member as I am very confident is being one.
