I am also having the "Whoops! Looks like something broke" issue, yesterday and today. I have tried to raise a ticket, but looks like that's broke too. the ping showed errors on one of the EU servers, which I presume is the one I'm connected to.

Any help gratefully received. I did run the tracert, the ping, dxdiag, msinfo, etc etc and have them available if required.
