- Interview - Training System [Tactical & Investigational]
- Part I: Interview
- I. Let the officer being interviewed explain to you why does he want to join the Specialized Operations Division.
- II. Has he/she been employed under the Specialized Operations of any other department or FBI.
- III. Does he/she knows his way around San Andreas.
- (Ask the following locations and let him briefly explain where are they: Los Santos Mall, Ocean Flats, San Fierro Docks, Linouln Tunnel, Montgomery, Doherty Materials Factory, Hasbury, Dillimore Gas, Flint Gas, Pershing Square) He/she has to know at least seven out of the ten locations.
- IV. Has he/she ever received an IA strike in any department that he/she's been in, to? And if so why? If the IA strike(s) has been severe, the person is to be denied. If the person has any strikes in the department within the last month, he/she is to be denied.
- V. Ask the applicant if he's been helping/working with any of the Specialized Operations members before, and if so, who is it.
- (After they tell you the name, contact the person after the interview has been completed.)
- VI. Ask the applicant if they have any psychical issues that can interrupt their work.
- (Explain to them that sometimes there is a lot of brain work to put into the division. If the applicant has aggression issues, he is to be denied until he has learned to control it.)
- VII. Ask the applicant if there is anyone that can currently recommend them.
- (If the person that is recommending the applicant is not online, you are to proceed with the interview and contact him later. After you contact them, ask them why would they recommend that person and why. If they tell you that this information is false, the applicant is to be denied.)
- VIII. Does he/she know what a case-file is, and would he/she be able to work on case-files every week.
- Part II: Psychical Test
- I. The first part of this psychical test would be you, acting like a suspect that is mentally unstable. You would be resisting the arrest(RP) and try to punch him in the face(RP). Observe how is he going to react to that behavior and watch after his language, if he uses bad language to get out of a situation he is to be denied. Respect is to be show by all times.
- II. He will be RP'ly arresting you because you are being wanted for illegal firearms trafficking. You are to be acting like a total noob and pretend that you don't know anything about it. You have to observe how is he going to react to that behavior. If he just "Auto S"'s his roleplay and doesn't explain anything to you about why are you being arrested. He is to be denied.
- Part III: Ride Along
- I. You are to complete at least thirty minutes of unmarked patrol and conduct one sting operation.
- II. From the first section you would notice that you were told to ask the applicant if he knows few locations. If they were any locations that he didn't knew he is to be shown the locations he didn't know.
- III. Look after the applicant and if he is driving within the speed limits, if you notice that he is going over the speed limits all the time and/or being all over the road he is to be denied.
- Part IV: Training Sessions
- Day I.
- I. HSU Operating - The applicant is to take the HSU Bullet with you and they are to drive from the bottom of missionary hill to the top in 45 seconds without using NOS or cutting corners or hitting anything. they then have 40 seconds to get down doing the same thing.
- II. Combat Patrol - You explain to the applicant how Combat Patrol works and what they do, You then explain the amount of units needed for Combat patrol.
- Less than three operatives - HSU, Sultan or bullet if you have permission
- Three operatives - FBI Truck
- Four Operatives - FBI Rancher
- Five or six opeeatives - Both FBI Trucks
- Seven or more - Both FBI Trucks And the rancher
- III. Tactical Unloading and response - You explain to the applicant how you turn up to an 11-99 and how to load out and secure the area. If you are running Code 3 you get there a quickly as you can although slow down whwn your arriving and park your vehicle correctly on the side. You then unload from your vehicle and check the side of the vehicle in which you are in. The MOST important thig s that you all stick together and dont spread apart, Afterwards you et he applicant do it themselves.
- IV. Breaching - The applicant is to take an M4 or AK47 and be taught how to breach a door which is slightly opening it then scanning the area from left to right, Once you have explained to the applicant what to do they are to breach it by themself and you mark them.
- V. Once all of the stages have passed and everything has been explained to the applicant you then take them for a ride along on Combat Patrol, You let them drive and see their response to 11-99s and how well they listened and used the training time wisely, If they pass the ride along and do it al goos. they pass
- Day II.
- I. After all the hard work from Day One, the applicant will be given a task to RP'ly obtain the ID of a wanted suspect, RP'ly track them down(has to call them and use /find during the call) and perform an arrest on them. This must happen with a Sergeant+ within the Specialized Operations Division. They can use a personal vehicle by their choice.(Has to be four door car.)
- II. Applicant has to conduct one sting operation with a Sgt+ of the Specialized Operations.
- III. Applicant will be taught on how to do a sting report.(You have to teach him everything and post a sting report after stage I.)
- IV. Applicant has to to be tested on their response time, you are to go away from them and turn off your phone so they wouldn't be able to track you. After you have chosen a place to go(Somewhere in SF) you have to tell that you are being under fire and request Code 3 backup, time for how long he arrives at the situation. If his response is under a minute he passes this stage, if not he has to re-take it. He has 3 chances to do that.
- V. Applicant has to be tested on his driving while in pursuit skills, he has to be able to perform a perfect PIT-manoeuver ((lag PIT)) on the vehicle of a fleeing suspect. (Go to SF airport and do it there.)
- VI. Applicant will be taught how do a case file. (Make sure you explain every single detail to the applicant, do not miss anything.)
- VII. Applicant will be taught how to do field operations, when not assigned to a case file.
- Day III.
- I. Applicant will take a written test on what he/she has learned in the past three days being in the Specialized Operations Division.
- II. The applicants test will be reviewed by the Director of Specialized Operations, and he will decide if he/she should be accepted into the division. In that decision HIFT and SSgt can take part as well by giving their opinion on the trainee.
