- ***FULL COUNTRY REWORKS***
- BEL, INCLUDING FLN AND WLL: Full upgrades with their V0.01 content replaced with fully cleaned rosters, with Flemish and Walloon rosters each having a unique theme. King stays, but the potential successors now resemble their ancestors more. Totalist route made to have more synergy with the French counterpart to encourage more 1937 Weltwaifukriegs. Don't worry, DEGRELLE is still there and shouting.
- HOL and DEI: The Netherlands and their colonies have received their first big update since V0.01 with a clean roster and a full minister sheet for both it and its colonial holdings. All hereto isekai'd focuses have been fixed. The monarchist route is the same except for the addition of a new Juliana that more closely resembles Wilhelmina. All democratic and syndie routes have been cleaned and themed. The Dutch army has a largely unified roster whereas DEI's disjointed collection of originals and thematically mismatched canon characters has been largely combined into one theme.
- INS: Not to let the natives resisting colonial rule be left behind, the country's been reworked to be themed around Indonesian military art, along with some tweaks to have everyone fit in better with their traits and ideologies across all available routes, from monarchist to socialist. Ministers coming soon!
- POR: Portugal, hereto a collection of dark elves without backgrounds since May of 2018, now have a new and fully cleaned military roster. They also have a new king that more closely resembles the original and the successor, but if you liked the old one, it's still in Portugal as a skill 3 general, re-cleaned and cut from a better resolution so that half the portrait isn't blank space.
- **SMALLER FIXES AND REWORKS**
- -Added 1 new Asian generic. #IsekaiBusters
- -Added 2 European generics that were previously duped as canon characters.
- -Added 2 clean African generics.
- -AUS: Alfred Jansa has been upgraded with art from a better sprite.
- -CAF: New RadSoc, the raddest RadSoc in all of the Caribbean.
- -HAI: Some assorted dupe busting after finding overlap with the Liberian roster.
- -KTG: Reworked and given a national theme to encourage post-MAF collapse plays of tags other than NAM.
- -MAF: Sepp and Alexandre are no longer duped.
- -NOR: Old Eines lives in the Netherlands as a RadSoc. Replacement picked for French Totalist and Swedish monarchist synergy/rivalry. Ministers updated accordingly.
- -SWE: Rejoice, Lily lives here now.
- -URG: Oscar Diego Gestido was axed in preparation for a better "fit" for Nagatoro. Replacement chosen to blend in better with the recent thematic rework of Uruguay in V0.13.0.
- -SRD: Re-added De Vecchi because while he was cut in KR0.9.3 a legacy event could still activate the old guy and no one likes blank silhouettes.
- ***MINISTERS***
- -Added full minister rosters for HOL and DEI.
