In addition, she clearly once was a servant of some powerful master, who she doesn't remember, much less remember being loyal to. Finally, she doesn't remember actions she's taken on behalf of her former master.

• Psychologist — Once per session you can reduce someone else’s consequence by one level of severity(severe to moderate, moderate to mild, mild to nothing at all) by succeeding on an Empathy roll with a difficulty of +2 for a mild consequence, +3 for moderate, or +4 for severe. You need to talk with the person you’re treating for at least half an hour in order for them to receive the benefits of this stunt, and you can’t use it on yourself. (Normally, this roll would only start the recovery process, instead of changing the consequence level.)

	Vicky's fox form has two tails, the top one being ectoplasmic. She has snow-white fur and ice-blue eyes. She otherwise appears to be a red fox. She's a bit rounder than a wild fox, having developed muscle and a bit of pudge on a diet of plenty of human food.
	Her human form is largely ectoplasmic, with her fox form hidden in the belly. She looks ethnically japanese, with distinctly tanned-looking skin, and aged about 30. Her hair is snow white, including eyelashes and everything.
	Vicky was ultimately created by an unknown Class VII entity. She's a composite of a Class IV entity, a fox(mundane except her fur has turned white due to being possessed at birth), and a supply of ectoplasm she can use to form a pseudo-human body around her fox host(or just a second tail).

	Vicky was recovered by BGI Vancouver in the cleanup after the Ninth Battle Of Tokyo Tower. During the battle, an improvised PKEMP was detonated, using Tokyo Tower itself as an antenna. This dissipated most of the spectral entities in range, and disrupted the Class VII entity manifesting at the time, thereby preventing the death toll from mounting. (Unlike at the Seventh Battle Of Tokyo Tower, the last time a Class VII entity manifested there.) The surviving entities were generally the most dangerous, those protected by ectoplasmic bodies or possession of corporeal objects or beings, so additional BGI teams were brought in to mop up.
	Vicky survived, but she lost her memories in the process. She was taken for study and became something of a mascot to BGI Vancouver.
