This is an All’s Fair in RWBY and Etc. group project for collaborative writing. This collection serves as a repository for one-shots written by different authors, each drabble having a different theme provided by the previous writer. The collection also hosts any secondary one-shots the writers may choose to submit if they have taken a liking to the current prompt outside of their own turn.

The writers have no limitations on the content of the stories other than the requirement for following the provided theme, with ships, character deaths, alternate universes, platonic friendships and different locations all being free game.

This also includes all ratings from G to E, but <strong>Mature and Explicit content must be marked accordingly</strong><br />
There is no enforced update schedule or word limit on these drabbles, and all of the submissions belong to the original writers. All postings will emphasize who wrote what.

These rules are not set in stone and may be edited or added to.<ul>
<li>The participating writers will be chosen randomly to write a story for the collection, with each drabble being centered around a different theme provided by the previous writer. After the selected writer has finished their story and posted it on the collection, they will provide the next writer in queue with a theme, the cycle repeating until everyone has had their turn.</li>

<li>The theme can be a place/location, time period, emotion, action, event or similar. However, themes like a specific person, a romantic ship or a death request are forbidden. If the current writer feels like the provided prompt does not work for them for some reason, they are allowed to ask for a different prompt or just opt out of that particular turn.</li>
<li>The only hard rule for the submitted works is that they had to attempt to include the provided theme. Other than that, you are free to write about character deaths, ships, alien locations and whatever else, or you can write a continuation piece for one of the previous submissions as long as it reflects your theme. Continuation pieces should be reserved for stories included in this collection, though. All ratings are also allowed, but <strong>Mature and Explicit content must be marked in the tags and the author's note at the beginning of the story.</strong> You may be also asked to provide markers where your explicit content begins and ends.</li>

<li>If you like the theme that was suggested for the current author,  you have the freedom to participate whenever you want and write your own one-shot based on that same theme even outside of your own turn. The main one-shot will be posted first, and any possible additional submission will be posted and labeled as optional additions.</li>

<li>There is no due date on your addition to the collection. Submissions can be turned in when you feel you are ready to share. You can also request for your submission to be edited or removed at will.</li>

<li>On <em>Fanfiction.Net,</em> a user will be allowed to post their contribution as an individual story as long as it indicates that it is part of the All’s Fair project and provides a link to this <em>Archive of Our Own</em> (AO3) collection. If posting on <em>AO3,</em> the story just needs to be included in this official <em>AllsFairInRwbyandEtc</em> account collection. Note: the AllsFairInRwbyandEtc account will only include this collection or any future group projects. It is not a user account. The only one that will have access to it is Weiss_Schnee_Is_My_Goddess aka Discount Weiss until further notice.</li>

<li>Please be advised that your story will not be claimed or implied that it is owned by All’s Fair. This is a group project, but your work is your own. All postings will emphasize who wrote what.</li>

<li>You can always discuss ideas with other project contributors on #alls-fair-project-discussion on the discord server. If you have any questions, don’t be afraid to ask any of the Team Leaders on the All’s Fair in Rwby and Etc server. </li>
