Pre-Takedown Notice to Chris Nethery/Russia Revealed

Hi Chris,

I wanted to reach out before I took official measures against your libel on russiarevealed.info

Here is what we need to review and correct immediately.

1) You, Chris Nethery, have stated that I am an affiliate of a Boston organized crime group. There is not a shred of fact in either of your two posts regarding the topic. This constitutes a violation of statutes in both our states.

2) Furthermore, the directed use of publishing criminal records

a) under the process of being expunged,
b) obtained for the sole purpose to malign a character or reputation publicly,
c) intentionally misrepresenting stated record to malign or impugn publicly

All violate criminal and civil statutes in both of our states as well as others. The terms of service (ToS) on any site used for these checks specifically states that you will not be obtaining those records for that purpose. Since you teased the release publicly your intention was clear.

Intention is solidified when the proper context is added that this is in retaliation for articles post on you and your teams public backlash to the revelations of their abhorrent behavior.

3) You, Chris Nethery, have also claimed that I have

a) spoken with MJ McNeece
b) published private conversations between the two of us
c) harassed MJ McNeece

None of the above is close to being true or factual. I have never had a private conversation with MJ McNeece. And I have not published any private chat of MJ McNeece

And there is more. But I would like to address the first two problems at hand. You have 48 hours to contact me and correct this. If you refuse I will be pursuing the matter legally and you can come to Connecticut by judges orders. However, if you cna find the courage to type an email we can handle this like adults.
