- Proxy spent several days at Cinderfall's blacksmith's shop, there was a book talking about blacksmithing and he also had all the necessary materials for learning, that was good since for now he would not have any masters, but he would have to start alone.
- "Humm, 20 'piece of hot-rolled 5/8" diameter A36 steel rod, 1400 degrees, place it in the vise, go to the anvil and then hit it with the hammer ... "
- After hours of theoretical training he had decided to try the first time in practice, since the place possessed all the basics needed.
- Trying to be as cautious as possible he spent a few hours trying to forge a simple sword, but obviously he ended up failing, being a blacksmith needs a lot of training, plus having a master to teach him the tricks of the profession, without either of those two Proxy Would not be able to do the most basic.
- But still he would keep trying and reading more of the book until he could find a master.
- (Proxy)
- Day after day, he had been there for at least a week, studying and trying to work the art of the blacksmith himself. On top of the bench, it was possible to see several swords broken or too singed, attempts at which Proxy had failed.
- 'Is it not possible, what am I missing? What am I doing wrong? I try to perfectly follow everything in the book, but things still go wrong ... 'Proxy was thinking
- Sweat was on his forehead, his clothes were dirty and his hands were black, signs that he had caught on charcoal. Again he reread that book, trying to figure out what was going wrong.

- Bevolt slowly walked into the smith with her plated greaver ecohing through the hallway as she marched into the workshop with her arms crossed, staring at Proxy and then at the anvil with broken blades. Her eyebrow rose as she tired to apprehend the mess just before deciding to address the younger male with confused tone.
- "Alright...explain to me what is going on? Why I see bunch of broken blades with you standing over the smithy and asking how you are supposed to for anything?" the drakanite ainquried with her arms crossing and stern expression on her face, waiting for Proxy toreplay to her question.
- (Bevolt Nagano-Draconis)
- As Proxy read the book he heard a noise echoing through the place, as he turned around he saw Bevolt staring at him.
- "Oh, it's you Bevolt, good to see you again, well, I was too eager to start trying to forge something, I found this book ..." Proxy showed the book with his left hand
- "... he talks about blacksmithing, so after reading it completely decided to try in practice, but things did not end so well, I do not know why I can not, there's something missing that I can not tell what it is, and there was nobody Whom I could ask for help ... "
- Proxy then conjures up some water to wash his own hands that were stained by coal.
- (Proxy)
- Bevolt approached the broken blades before deciding to pick them up and inspect from up close, narrowing her eyes and soon sighing before shaking her head before finally deciding to address Proxy once mroe.
- "Right...what metal you used and fuxes as well and color of the metal when you decided to hammer it. I need to know everythng you did before giving you response." she replied with annoye tone.
- (Bevolt Nagano-Draconis)
- "20 'piece of hot-rolled 5/8" diameter A36 steel rod, I used the hammer when the metal was red / orange, but fluxes ... I did not use any. "
- Proxy said this with a confused face, realizing that he jumped something while reading the book, he then holds the book and flips the pages cautiously, then realizing that there was a page attached, with a bit of care and effort he can take off the page , Was exactly the one that explained the fluxes.
- "Damn, that's what I was missing then, could you explain everything to me? Maybe with your explanation things will become clearer to me."
- (Proxy)
- Bevolt sighed and rolled her eyes upon hearing Proxys response before approaching the forge and using the bellows to wake up the flames before dropping few of the steel ingots into the searing heat with her claws alone just before deciding to address her student with serious and cold tone.
- "You need to shape the metal once it turns bright white, its when you can frist add the flux to strengthen the metal, you need right fluxes for different metals....for steel we will use the standard and cheapest one you can get or prepare yourself. Observe as I handle it, watch the color of the metal and the strength I use to shape it." she explained before taking out the glowing metal bar with her claw just before resting it on the anvil.
- With stern expression the drakanite took out a small pouch from her bag, soon placing it on the anvil and slowly covering it with the powder from the pouch, ensuring that at each side had at least some of it before she decided to put the rod back in the furnace.
- (Bevolt Nagano-Draconis)
- Proxy appreciated Bevolt's handling of the metal, her eyes glittered at that, she really seemed to know the techniques, the delicacy, and the precision, maybe that was beauty? Proxy could see more and more into the soul and personality of Bevolt, it was not just her brute strength or maybe turn into a great dragon in her fullshift, a great teacher she would really be.
- Proxy made mental notes of what she was seeing, the fire and the glitter of metal began to blur in her vision, her eyes growing heavy, there had been perhaps two days that Proxy had not slept.
- With his eyes slowly closing, he would say:
- "Thank you Bevolt, by the way, you're beautiful, but ... I'm sleepy ... maybe I'll sle..."
- As he spoke his eyes closed completely and Proxy sat abruptly in the chair behind him, falling into a deep sleep.
- (Proxy)
- Bevolt Nagano-Draconis: Right...go and rest...it concludes our training for now..
- Bevolt Nagano-Draconis: *Sighs and covers Proxy with a blanked before moving him to a chair, only then she took her leave*
