- EXT. OUTDOOR LOBBY
- As riders line up, the exterior shows some brick and mortar buildings as they walk through. There is a Fastrack line as well, bypassing about 70-83% of the regular line, and into the gallery. Meanwhile, the brick and mortar buildings are recreations of the houses in The Angry Birds Movie. (Of course, after the full-scale version is built, a Model Resizer plugin in Studio can be used to shrink the model to scaled-down versions.) Then, riders start to enter the hallway, to an indoor lobby.
- If there is inclement weather, the outdoor lobby can either be sheltered, or can be skipped to the indoor lobby as shown below.
- INT. INDOOR LOBBY
- Riders that were lined up are then freed of the line, and able to walk around freely within the three areas; Red, Chuck, and Bomb. In these sectioned areas, there are different interactive components, with each area resembling two of the franchise's branches. The Red Area being that of the regular Angry Birds games, and the Chuck Area being that of Angry Birds Stella. The only exception is the Bomb Area, with the entrance to the warehouse, which is the main pre-show. (That is, Pre-Show 2.)
- INT. INDOOR LOBBY, RED AREA
- In the Red Area, there are interactive versions of the Angry Birds games, as well as some multiplayer areas for the Angry Birds Friends, Angry Birds 2, and Angry Birds Epic Facebook options.
- INT. INDOOR LOBBY, CHUCK AREA
- In the Chuck Area, there is a display of Angry Birds Stella plushes, as well as stands for playing the spps, Angry Birds Stella and Angry Birds Stella Pop.

- INT. BIRD ISLAND WAREHOUSE
- As the riders come into a big warehouse, there are spots on the floor with sectioned lines (which can have 9 or 10 seats per row) for each rider. They then take their spots on each row, for their seat number, with 3D glasses ready. The doors to the auditorium are on the right of the big TV screen, with a stage below the TV. From there, the doors they entered through close, and the lights dim in the warehouse room. Afterwards, the and the walls around the room start to change into a panoramic landscape of Bird Island. As well, the TV changes to look like a chalkboard, as it lowers down to stage level.
- From there, the representative comes out from the hidden door as to look like he came out from the screen. On the left side of the "chalkboard", the Nest is seen, with the birds taking care of the eggs.
- REPRESENTATIVE
- Hello, ladies and gentlemen! Welcome to Bird Island, home of the Angry Birds, here on Thorpe Park! It's a beautiful day today, as we prepare ourselves for an epic journey. I'm a representative of the birds, and I'll be here to talk with you on today's events. We got a big race today, in which the birds are testing their carts in a downhill soapbox race. But first, before we get onto the birds, I'd like to introduce to you two of my fellow assistants that will help you out today, as well as our operator that will be supervising the experience. Come on out, guys!
- Then, two assistants, as well as the ride operator (if applicable) come out to greet the riders.
- ASSISTANT 1
- Hello, everybody! It's such a great honor to have you here today, for our spectacular race! Isn't that right, [short form for username]?
- ASSISTANT 2
- It sure is, [Assistant 1's name]! Not only are you here for the race, but also, to experience it! I know it isn't much, but believe me. We did our best to give you this opportunity to give you the feeling of a lifetime!
- ASSISTANT 1
- Sure do! And, not only that, we'll help you get into your seats, and our operator here will be glad to watch over you so that you'll ride safely! Say, Mr./Ms. [Representative name], you getting the birds ready?
- REPRESENTATIVE
- Oh, right! Three of the finest birds will be coming out now, as you say so! Now, let's bring in the three members of the flock; Red, Chuck, and Bomb!
- After having said so, the three birds come down from the next, onto the stage, and greets them.
- REPRESENTATIVE (CONT'D)
- Now, I may not understand the bird language well here, but I'll let the assistants do the translation. It makes it quite easier. I'll go with the operator and evaluate the final plans before we ride. See ya later!
- The representative then leaves with the operator into the back control room, as they watch on the cameras the assistants talking with the birds.
- ASSISTANT 1
- So, Red. How's the nest coming along so far?
- RED
- "Oh, it's going quite well! I mean, we do our job as it usually is, because the eggs are quite important in life."
- ASSISTANT 2
- That's great to hear! Loving it so far!
- The talking keeps coming along, until Bomb remembers something (which is when the ride is almost calibrated in the auditorium).
- BOMB
- "Uhh, guys? Did you forget something?"
- RED
- "Well, what is it, Bomb?"
- BOMB
- "We should be heading to our carts now! The race is about to begin!"
- RED
- *gasp* "You're right! We totally forgot about that! We'll meet you at the top of the mountain, guys! See ya there!"
- The birds and assistants then run over to the mountain, as the chalkboard then lifts up, and the walls shift back to the warehouse walls. On the TV screen, the safety begins, with the pigs demonstrating the procedures on what to do and not to do during the ride.
- ANNOUNCER
- Ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to Angry Birds: The 4D Experience. This ride has no restrictions, and is open for all ages. Although, Ages 4 and over are recommended, as there will be darkness, smoke effects, and bangs. As well, there may be some strobe effects, and a motion ride. So if you have any problems that may affect your experience, ask a staff member, and they will be happy to bring you to an alternative.
- First, the pigs show the wrong way to be seated. Many pigs bunch up to their seats, rushing to sit down, creating some conflict.
- ANNOUNCER (CONT'D)
- Please enter the auditorium, and take your seats in an orderly fashion. That way, it will go smoothly for the seat check.
- Next, some pigs put on the seat belt, once they've been seated.
- ANNOUNCER (CONT'D)
- Once you are seated, fasten your seat belt, which is on your right side. Pull it, and fasten it on the left into the buckle.
- Next, it shows the platform and seats moving as the ride goes along, with some pigs riding.
- ANNOUNCER (CONT'D)
- This is a motion ride. The platform rotates and the seats move to the motion, so be prepared to hold onto your seat, as it may get rough in some areas.
- One of the pigs was seen eating and drinking, as he was riding, then accidentally starts to choke on a fry.
- ANNOUNCER (CONT'D)
- Please refrain from eating, or drinking during the ride...
- Then, a pig's smartphone slips from his hands as the ride takes a sharp turn.
- ANNOUNCER (CONT'D)
- ...and refrain from using electronic devices during the ride.
- ANNOUNCER (CONT'D)
- With that said, I hope you'll have a great time on the ride! Please remember, you are facing the screen as such, so the doors will be on your right side. Remember the number on your spot, which is on the floor. This will help you to be seated much easier. When the doors open on your right, be prepared to take your seats. That said, I hope you'll enjoy Angry Birds: The 4D Experience, here at Thorpe Park!
- If the auditorium isn't ready yet, the screen plays some Angry Birds Toons episodes, as well as some facts about the birds, and some Thorpe Park trivia. If the auditorium is ready after the announcer explains the procedures, the doors will open to the auditorium, and the riders will then proceed to be seated in the auditorium, through the side platform.
- NEXT PART OF RIDE
- INT. AUDITORIUM
- Once all riders have been checked they are seated, and buckled up, the staff at the side platforms then head back to the sides, and into the doors. They then give the operator in the control room in the back the go for the final safety reminder audio. After the operator clicks the button ONCE, the announcer then plays the following message.
- ANNOUNCER
- Please do not use any electronic devices, such as cell phones, or cameras, during your experience. We also ask that you refrain from conversation. And for your safety, please remain seated, with your seat belt fastened at all times. Give your operator a thumbs-up when your seat belt is fastened.
- Meanwhile, while the safety reminder is playing, the side platforms are being raised off from the motion platform, as the scripts prepare the motion platform for the ride. As the audio segment above plays, the lift also descends to the main experience area under the theatre floor, but still black all around to hide the secret. Also, at this point, the operator enables the NoJump, preventing the riders from jumping off. Then, as the lift nears the bottom, the invisible track is being prepared to connect with the rest of the tracks in the ride, while the safety reminder concludes with the following below:
- ANNOUNCER (CONT'D)
- And now, please put on your 3D glasses, hold on tight, and enjoy the ride.
- After the audio finishes playing, the operator and staff have access to the cameras on the ride vehicle, as well as in the ride experience in some hidden locations outside the ride vehicle, to monitor the ride as it goes through, like in the footage.
