  1. Four players have a major problem in SC2 that was highlighted in the release of LotV, that being rotational imbalance.
  2. In your map, imagine a Zerg player spawning BR, and a Terran player spawning TR. The Terran has a must easier time harassing the Zerg, because the Zerg will expand away from their opponent, making it hard for them to defend their bases effectively, with less effort from the Terran. On the other hand, if it was Zerg TL and Terran TR, this is a bit more defensible if they expand diagonally (though zergs generally prefer not to). This is effectively the reason 4 player maps are avoided.
  3. I disagree with the notion in the description that the center opens up, it really only goes into four paths, that then either go into a base or awkwardly loop around.
  4. The mains are quite susceptible to blink play, which might be a problem in the current patch.
  5. I don't see anyone reasonably taking the middle gold bases when they're up against a cliff above them.
  6. I worry about the strength of the XNT in the center being too powerful.
