what is this?

Purchase points allows you to send virtual gifts to other users.

When you send someone a WhosHere virtual gift you go to the top of the recipients Chat list and will stay there until they read your message.

In the event the recipient gets multiple gifts, the gift with the highest points value is placed first, followed by gifts in order of descending value.

fine print

If you change/upgrade devices, we cannot move your points to the new device (please note that you will get 15 complimentary points on your new device automatically). In such case, you forfeit your points.
No extensions will be granted in the event of any system outages that WhosHere experiences.
Per Apple's In-App purchase policies, all sales are final.
If your account is suspended or canceled, we will not provide refunds, credit or any extensions.
