GetSnowy Ashstorm Patch

<Purpose>
- Minute mod, literally an .esp that changes one single value in a form. The description of the mod said "The new ashstorm weathertype introduced by Dragonborn has the Snow classification. This causes any mod that uses the IsSnowing condition - such as GetSnowy - to think it's snowing, when it isn't. This mod switches the ashstorm's classifaction to Cloudy." Thant's it!
- I will use this mod for now, not a big deal anyway.
