That above what people can  handle  and it drove them out on the streets. Ultimately, Macron declined a new increase. In conclusion, the small revolution of yellow vests won. Temporarily. Because, as Camus says, all modern revolutions have led to the strengthening of the power of the state.

So the French broke the state, as the Prime Minister would say, because the diesel jumped to 2.95 leva. In Bulgaria it jumped to 2.30-2.40 levas. And not to compare a salary of a French to one of  Bulgarian . In addition, the price is rising in France, but the money goes to the government treasury. But in our country the money goes into the pockets of the Russian oligarchs. (And a small part goes in the pockets of the Bulgarian rulers who are  try to look like an innocent people ! More precisely, to be like one…)

The average European, who undoubtedly a Frenchman is , spends 12.2% of his income on food. While the Bulgarian gives 19.2%. We are fourth in the EU in that criteria. The first are mamaligas who spend 27.8% of their money about mamboo. They are followed by Lithuania with 21.6% and Estonia with 20.3%. This is shown by Eurostat’s data for 2017. However, if you look at the data from 2012, then we were giving food 1/3 of our salary, most of all Europeans.

So it looks like we're fine or at least we are trying to. Despite corruption and  the government! Can you imagine where we would be if the government were helping a little? But it doesn't help! And do you know why it doesn't help? Because we don't know how to ask about it. We should to be a little more insistent. From doing almost nothing and no protests the prices of fuels fell by 0.20-0.30 leva.

What a thing! It blew and everything was fine. That's the way it is in life. Ladies, maybe that's the key to a serene atmosphere in every home, right?

Vice Donchev  may wants to introduce an educational qualification. "It is right, shout, that there should be a restriction of rights for people who do not have at least basic education. It’s a must prioritizing the education , it depends on how Bulgaria will look in 10-15 years."

Good idea. However, the one who shouted that he does not care of the smart ones because they are few, others were important to him ,but was he asked? Will he agree on lose the vote of those important ones? And if this is the way to go… Today, we will want voters to have primary education, tomorrow - secondary, then university degree, and finally, with the right to vote, we will remain only PhDs. And let’s hope that will be enough …

There is a certain reason for Donchev. There are people among the voters who cannot read and write. Being unable to read, there is no job to choose. Not being able to read is a choice on your own. In Bulgaria, it’s a must having primary education.

Poverty goes hand in hand with illiteracy. And these poor illiterates regularly sell their voices.
