Another possibility is Craigslist. While this is an option I have not tried personally I have heard great success from posting in the Philippines Craigslist. You also have the added benifit of cutting out the middle man bringing your profits even higher using this method. I would shoot to pay the writer still no more then 300 a month for full time. You can get some college kids in the Philippines to work for less in occasion. It is a matter of finding the highest quality worker for the lowest price possible. The better the worker and the lower the price you paid the more you will make.
