Appearance:She has White smooth skin, with an excellent complexion you can even mistake her considerably younger, she also has white long thick wavy hair which extends down to her mid back. She wears a dark and light blue dress which is slightly thicker then most becoming a makeshift body armor actually, which you can see some padded portions of it, although it goes unnoticed as it still looks like a dress the dress only going down a small portion of her upper thighs. She wears tight dark blue leggings, and she wears no shoes, she has one diamond earring. her dress also has sleeves of its own, which leaves her shoulder exposed, but it goes down from her biceps and goes past her hands a bit, she also has polished sharp nails. she has a cute small nose, and she has slightly large Dark blue eyes, she also carries a small handbag the strap going over her shoulder, and her shoulder has large wide straps that goes over the shoulder and connects onto the shoulder blade region. She wears a black neck collar which has a small diamond on it, as well as she is also wearing a silver locket neck-glance which has her grandmother. She also wears a blue bow-tie which is perfectly balanced out but she tilts it a bit to piss off death the kid.

	Preference in weapons: She likes a various of weapons although she prefers, swords to compensate her speed, and flexibility or blunted weapons which goes well with her strength, she also prefers unique weapons.

	Personality: She all into, 100% into anything physical, but 0% if she has little interest into it, she is hyper almost all the time(Probably from the sugar), Always joyful, and tries to get as much attention as possible, shes very chatty and she can get off topic real easily. She generally acts like this to try to hide,away the pain and sadness within herself, if her feelings are ever hurt, she can end up depress for an overly amount of time. She will always accept a challenge and shes a bit self centered.
Soul wavelength: bouncy jumpy, but also calm and sutle something that can be as easily calmed but than spike up to outrageous levels, a very difficult for a weapon to adjust too.

	Likes: She loves ice cream, ice cream cakes, she also like chocolate, chocolate cakes, glazed BBQ ribs, shes not much of a vegetarian, she also likes running, dancing, reading as well as drawing, sh eloves grapes, and strawberries and loves training.
	dislikes: Don't give her vege's she wont' eat it, she doesn't like being dirty she prefers being nice and clean, she hates! the word "small", don't call her fat, she also dislike not having a lot of attention, she doesn't like standing or watching something.
Friends: Maka helped her find the bathroom does that COUNT?!, Sid mainly for training exercise he finds her very..."conductive"
	Rivals: Blackstar mainly because he wants to get as strong as possible, she dislikes death the kid just because he can't stand that off set bow-tie she wears.

Bio: Rachel comes from a very rich family, where they were also graduates from the DWMA, almost all of them were weapons, meaning her mother,father, and older siblings were weapons who are also now jr's in the DWMA. Due to this major cause of not being a weapon she wasn't as favored towards her parents or them paying attention to her, and generally is the reason why she became, an attention hoarder, never getting attention for her own. Also the DWMA did not accept Rachel until she turned 17 and after her 6th and final attempt, this was also because her family threw her out in the streets. She was only able to take a small sufficient funding from her family and what she was wearing. She also was not provided any transportation till traveling o the DWMA, currently she had just arrived and is arriving late aswell as probably joining in the classes. Also her family even erased and even threw away all memory's and or anything about her in there household, Rachel tends to be happy, jumpy, and craves for attention because she never had any, and she tries to remain happy to try to hide away all that sadness. Her wavelengths also is a special wavelength that can be sent out onto any object and can cause it to ignite into flames, although she has yet to even discover any of her powers she was also born with the up most unusual strength she can lift and or punch something four times her size, and 10x her own weight with ease she may not be a weapon but she was truly different....sadly her parent didn't took interest enough to notice that. She never experience having a family, or friends really she was privately taught with her brothers and sisters before they become weapons but the teaching ended when her family had doubts. Rachel, actually cries herself to sleep, when the her parents treatment began more brutal the only person that was ever nice to her was her grandma, but she died no more than a year ago, and she keeps a locket of her to keep her close towards her heart, see still though believes that her family will once again accept her and her goal is trying to become so "good" that her family will re-accept her back, though she never say that but just rephrases it "to be stronger of course i want to be the best! DWMA mister ever!"
