Taylor is out of tier.

The dungeon itself is feasible for the tiersetters to traverse, but the teamfight creates the scenario of an extremely one sided engagement against Skitter and the dungeon minions while contending with numerous hazards any one of which could incapacitate or significantly impair either tiersetter. Ralton really just hammers the nail into his own coffin by pressing the illusions so far---Glimmer has no timely answer to enemies being made invisible in front of her eyes and would not recognise there even was an illusion until she'd already been hit with one of dozens of lethal attack options Ralton argued his team would use. After that, Kirbin is right that Bow would never be able to win the 2v1 on his own or bypass the dungeon traps. I don't see any plausible way the dungeon is in tier under these conditions or as argued.
