- He slammed into the metal machine with a wallop, trying to drive his way through its steel plating. Instead there was a CRACK! as raw electricity shot between metal and hedgehog, arching through Sonic's body with a shock of several thousand volts.
- 'YAAARGH!' he yelled, jerkng out of his Spin Attack and falling back to the floor, to land with a slam on a pile of smashed tiles. A small cloud of dust rose around him as he tried to pick himself up, aware that all his spikes had stood on end from the blast of power, and he probably looked most uncool indeed.
