Yes, the elevator works well so no need to climb any stairs to get to the apartment.
But we will explain you at the check in and you can also look into our Arrival Guide that it would be important to always come to arrive at the apartment one of the buses, V19 and 24, that leave you at 3 minutes away from the apartment. Because if you come from the nearest metro stop, the 12 minutes of walking can be a bit difficult for a 82 year old, or in case you have luggage, as it is an uphill.

I have a few questions regarding organization:
- do you know at which time your cruise will arrive to Barcelona?
- do you know at which time your cruise would leave or your plane would take off on your last day in Barcelona?
We ask this in order to organize as best as possible your arrival and to see if it is possible to offer early check ins or late check out to your group or to the guests that come before/after you.

Regarding tourist information, we recommend you to buy the tickets in advance for Sagrada Familia, la Pedrera, Casa Batlló, Park Gúell, Casa Vicenç or Camp Nou (Futbol Club Barcelona museum), or Picasso Museum if you plan to visit it, because the number of tickets for each day is limited.
