In the year of 2012, a series of events lead to the destruction of civilization as we knew it. The world burned and drowned at the same time; Twenty percent of humanity were saved from the horrible fate that was to befall us. The world had no patience left for us. We embarked on 5 ark-ships, made in China - Two of the ark-ships were lost when the massive tidal waves hit Mt. Everest. Humanity then waited aboard the ark-ships for 4 months, before the water receded; The Cape of Good Hope had risen far above the surface of the water - And was then renamed as "The Cape of New Hope. Three megacities were founded - Megacity 1 in Asia, based in the country formerly known as India. Megacity 2 in Europe, based in the country formerly known as Greece; Mt. Olympus. Megacity 3 in Africa on The Cape of New Hope.<br>Megacity 3 houses 8.300.000 million people at the time of founding, and currently holds: 48.933.271.949 people as of last bodycount, 05/08/2847.<br><br>

            <h2>District 11</h2>

District 11 is located in the left, lower corner of the Megacity - Isabella is the commanding officer among the Enforcers there, and she has 17 Enforcers under her command - Six in reserve. <br>The district houses 5 apartment complexes (The kind of building as the one from the new Dredd movie) and spans 2 blocks; There are ten bars, a park, twenty-three restaurants (2 in each apartment complex, 13 scattered around the rest of the district) and twelve fast-food places as well as two giant super-markets. Every apartment complex is guarded by two Enforcers - They also live in the compound. The seven remaining enforcers patrol the district in old, pre-Enforcer cop cars.<br>
Throughout the district, you'll find a lot of graffiti; The main image being Christina's commanding officer, Isabella. It's a slander image put up by the gang that operates in the district; Mainly to try and gain Isabella's attention, by calling her a whore. The leader of the gang is in love with her, but the Enforcer has no idea - She just sees it as slander and graffiti, and works tirelessly to try and catch the leader of that gang. <br>But it has proven... Difficult.<br> Christina currently has the rank of Staff Sergeant, having worked hard to get where she is. The blonde commands three officers, in which she would gladly give her life for, as they would for her. Christina has a bit of an issue with authority, which is why she was placed under the command of Isabella. After a few months of bickering and petty fights among the two female's, the bond between them has grown into more of a friendship, rather than that of a typical commanding officer ordering someone around. What made Christina change her view of Isabella would pertain to a mission they had went on a few months back, the Captain risked her life for the blonde, which she will never forget.

In the Megacities, you find a large number of criminals. Drug-trafficking, burglaries, kidnapping, prostitution and the like. Fun times, right? Indeed. At first, the cities could be controlled with a normal police presence - But then it grew harder. A military presence was established, but it was quickly overrun: For eight years, the cities burned every night. The screams of victims were filling the streets with a buzz that could sound reminiscent of traffic.<br>
From the ashes of those eight years rose a gang - They called themselves the Enforcers. They rivalized the criminal activity, and helped those in need. Sure, they left the prostitution and the kidnappings alone at first, but soon after, those were struck on as well. The Enforcers gathered many allies; The old police force, the remnants of the military and some of the workers and common folk who wouldn't stand for it anymore. Two hundred-plus years after their rise, Christina joins the Enforcers at the age of 18.<br><br>
An Enforcer is allowed to kill a criminal - Though they are required to do everything in their power to subdue the criminal at first, and bring them in for questioning and imprisonment. A district has twenty active Enforcers and five dormant ones - Some have more, some have less.<br>
An enforcer is equipped with a badge, a firearm of their choosing and a combat knife; They choose their own attire, as long as the Enforcer colors are prominent - Dusty blue and crimson. They are trained in first aid, and have as much medical knowledge as a paramedic; They're not doctors, but if an Enforcer finds you with a wound, she can help set it properly, ease your pain, and give a rough diagnosis to the medical personnel, when it arrives.
<br>There are 14 regiments of Enforcers, spread around the city - They have multiple officers, but only one Captain in each. A regiment is usually responsible for 3-5 districts, and consist of around a hundred and ten Enforcers. Regiment 1 is responsible for a single zone - The Compound; The main base of operations of The Enforcers. Here, they train and become the dangerous soldiers they have to be, in order to fight crime properly in the Megacities.<br>
In Megacity 3, you find The Compound in District 4 - A kilometer from the harbor, and centered in the southern part of the city. It spans a diameter of a kilometer, and is guarded by its own wall; No crime happens in here, since no-one but Enforcers live there; The Council of Generals, the fourteen majors, and the seven colonels, and their families. Aside from these people, a ton of students also live there in dorms - Barracks, if you will.<br>Around the perimeter of District 4, you find the various Academies that the Enforcers have to graduate from - They are given two chances to succeed. If they don't, they are absolved of the sin they had to perform to join the Enforcers, and are sent out into the city as a normal citizen. <br>The Academies are as follows:

<li><h2>The Academy of Movement</h2></li>

AoM is specialized in training the Enforcers in Parkour, Free-running and evasive maneuvers - Here, they train physical prowess; This is the first academy. Every Enforcer is required to meet here for a physical evaluation after a serious injury, to see if they're more fit to teach, instead of active duty.
<li><h2>The Academy of Combat</h2></li>

AoC is specialized to train the recruits in hand-to-hand combat; Often, Enforcers who have graduated meet up here if there is a quarrel between them, and sort it out through a pit-fight. Anyone who wants to join the pitfight is welcome - red and blue shirts are delivered, so the combatants can recognize eachother. This academy also provides valuable skills that can be applied in combat, aside from the close-quarter weapons training. Everything from make-shift weaponry to how to survive in the dark, cold nights outside the walls of the Megacities.
<li><h2>The Academy of Firearms</h2></li>

This academy is self-explanatory. Here, the recruits are taught how to use their firearms of choice, and how to maintain them; They are also given a ground-level training in the more common weapons of the street-gangs, and how to make bombs out of various items they can find throughout the cities.
<li><h2>The Academy of Interrogation</h2></li>

Torture - AoI is a cruel, cruel school - The students are subjected to torture, and are required to withhold information from their teachers; They are also taught how to torture effectively, and how to befriend a suspect; Various degrees of psychology are taught to the Enforcers here; This is the longest of the academies, taking the recruits a whole year to pass, if they succeed the first time.
<li><h2>The Academy of Medical Care</h2></li>

Here, the recruits are taught the basic necessary medical skills to help themselves survive, and innocent bystanders as well; Cauterizing wounds, properly dressing a wound, setting a broken bone and such things. AoMC is the final, and most crucial of the academies, but it's also the easiest - Here, the Enforcers are given 3 chances, but no-one has had to use chance number 3.
