(12:52:46 AM) Earthflame: Khaira bursts out, all ready to break into a prepared mini-cheer routine!
(12:55:34 AM) Ikiryo: A brown haired tengu girl is standing there in a military uniform. Or at least, as much of one as you see on this ship. Most militaries don't do custom fitting or miniskirts. Her brown hair is done up in a professiona bun with a pair of long needles in it. She staggers back as Khaira bursts out, hand going to a communication badge on her chest.
(1:10:27 AM) Earthflame: Khaira pauses, pouting. "Aww, you're not Lily... Oh! But please don't give away the surprise!"
(1:14:18 AM) Ikiryo: "Who are you?" Khaira notices that one of the needles has vanished from the tengu's hair...a slight glint in a hand she's mostly keeping behind herself.
(1:15:27 AM) Earthflame: "Oh, I'm Khaira, Lily White's girlfriend! Also the Abhorsen and some other stuff. Hi!"
(1:19:50 AM) Ikiryo: "...please prove it." She taps her communication badge, it lighting up.
(1:20:26 AM) Earthflame: "...How would I do that?" Khaira cocks her head, looking thoughtful. "Most people seem to know I'm me just after I say it..."
(1:22:21 AM) Ikiryo: "If you can't prove who you are, I'll need to try to take you into custody until it can be proven."
(1:24:53 AM) Earthflame: "Umm..." Khaira checks her commlink, trying to see if anything there would help... "Oh, how about this?" She brings up a picture of her and Lily White... One of their somewhat intimate (although not explicit) moments. That should prove they were close, right?
(1:26:02 AM) Ikiryo: The tengu pauses...and blushes. "Y-Yes, that's her. I recognise that birthmark."
(1:26:59 AM) Earthflame: "Yay!" Khaira gives her a smile. "So what's your name?"

(1:29:36 AM) Earthflame: "Ohh!" Khaira smiles brightly. "I remember Reise talking about you! The one with a cute daughter, right? It made me happy but also sad since I'll never get to have my own daughters but other people having cute daughters is good!"
(1:30:23 AM) Ikiryo: "I...see...and yes. I'm currently looking for her. I wanted to check if she was hiding in here again."

(1:33:31 AM) Ikiryo: "Because I told her to play in her room and she isn't there right now. Bindy is being very quiet about where she is hiding."
(1:34:14 AM) Earthflame: "Ohh..." Khaira nods, looking thoughtful. "Well, she must be somewhere! Want me to help you look?"
(1:34:53 AM) Ikiryo: "...right now I want to take you to someone who can confirm your identity." She reaches up, sliding a long pin back into her hair.
(1:35:28 AM) Earthflame: "Any of the Lily's can do that! Or you could call someone on the Serpent? Or I could show you more pictures!"
(1:36:01 AM) Ikiryo: "...I'll take you to Lily white." She blushes. "And Mayu is a good girl, she won't be doing anything stupid. I'm sure she'll be alright for a little bit." She frowns though.
(1:36:37 AM) Earthflame: "I'm sure she will be!" Khaira nods with a smile. "Reise seemed to really like her! And you! You a lot!"
(1:38:08 AM) Ikiryo: She blushes again. "R-Really?"
(1:38:47 AM) Earthflame: "Yeah!" Khaira begins to move a bit, looking at Moriko from multiple angles.
(1:42:44 AM) Ikiryo: She's very pretty, something that's not technically a work requirement here but seems to mostly apply. Long brown hair done up in a professional bun with two needles through it and the well tailored suit not really hiding her rather nice figure. Excellent thighs and breast.

(1:54:16 AM) Ikiryo1: "Busy. We just finished up helping reinforce a Khadoran battlestation. There was rumours the Quori would attack...I'm glad I've not encountered them personally yet."
(1:55:36 AM) Earthflame: "I haven't yet either... Although I know their bad. They built my friend Q to do mean things to her and they have my body right now..." Khaira sighs.
(1:56:27 AM) Ikiryo1: "They have your...oh dear." She leads on towards a room that, judging by the AR sign, is a meeting room.
(2:00:16 AM) Earthflame: "Yeah! I'm a Spirit right now. Of... The River? The Raven Queen? The Abhorsen? Something like that!"
(2:01:02 AM) Ikiryo1: She nods, opening the door. She can see Lily White there, her back turned to the pair. She's talking to a figure on an AR display.
(2:01:28 AM) Ikiryo1: "The site...wiped out? How is that possible, we had the understudy team there. That should have been plenty to deal with any Quori attack..."
(2:01:47 AM) Earthflame: Khaira *almost* jumps up and starts talking to her... But she remembers about not interrupting calls. Her lover Was a professional businesswoman, and this sounded important.
(2:03:17 AM) Ikiryo1: "...really...that's...that's concerning." She nods. "Please, send the logs as soon as you can." She taps away at the display and it vanishes.
(2:04:17 AM) Earthflame: Khaira frowns a bit... Blinking forward, emerging into reality with her arms wrapped around Lily White, giving her a warm squeeze. "You seem like you need a hug..."
(2:06:09 AM) Ikiryo1: She jumps for a moment...then relaxes into the hug. "Khaira? When did you get here?"
(2:08:35 AM) Earthflame: Khaira rests her head on Lily's shoulder, arms clasped around her waist. "Just now... That sounded bad."
(2:12:23 AM) Ikiryo1: She nods. "It likely is. We lost contact with a site we only just recently reinforced...and only a single log got out before they lost communications. It should have been possible to get more than that out, even if overwhelming forces arrived."

(2:15:56 AM) Earthflame: "If there's anything we can do to help... I mean, we'll owe you all a favour after this. Although..." She pauses. "...I remember now. I was coming here to do fun stuff, but there's bad news..."
(2:17:16 AM) Ikiryo1: "Well...we don't know what." There is a display of a file finishing download. "...well, there is the log."
(2:17:59 AM) Earthflame: Khaira keeps on cuddling her. "...Do you want me to go so you can read it, or...?"
(2:21:29 AM) Ikiryo1: She shakes her head. "At this point you are fully in the know about this...and hugs help." She frowns.
(2:21:37 AM) Ikiryo1: Moriko frowns. "...should I leave then?"
(2:23:13 AM) Earthflame: Khaira nods and keeps up the warm squeeze
(2:24:17 AM) Ikiryo1: Moriko looks between the pair, slowly heading for the door.
(2:25:45 AM) Earthflame: Khaira pauses, glancing back to Moriko... But it isn't her call.
(2:26:36 AM) Ikiryo1: Lily White shakes her head. "You can stay, if you would prefer."
(2:26:49 AM) Ikiryo1: Moriko pauses and nods, moving an arms length from the pair.
(2:29:49 AM) Earthflame: Khaira gives Lily a gentle squeeze, turning back to look... Whatever it is, she's there to support Lily through it.
(2:30:44 AM) Ikiryo1: The file opens, showing a video. A group of battleships, each several times larger than the Lily's ship and a brilliant red. A golden sigil is painted on each of them, the symbol of Khador.
(2:30:59 AM) Ikiryo1: In the center of all these battleships is a twin ship to the one Khaira is currently on.
(2:33:41 AM) Ikiryo1: Projected above the group is a huge hologram. Five girls, dressed up in idol outfits. Not quite as stylish as the Lillies but still very stylish.
(2:34:53 AM) Earthflame: "Your understudies?" Khaira asks... Holding Lily close, knowing that she might be just about to lose some friends...
(2:35:44 AM) Ikiryo1: She nods, biting her lip.
(2:37:08 AM) Earthflame: Khaira watches, one hand moving to find Lily's and squeeze it... Supporting her is all she can do, right now.
(2:39:04 AM) Ikiryo1: A massive portal appears in mid-space...and a single ship enters the sphere. Where all the Khadoran battleships are blocks of metal and very long, this ship is tall instead. Lots of straight lines and metal wings flying out from behind it. A glow near it's top makes it a little hard to look at...but it's only a single ship.
(2:44:47 AM) Earthflame: "...I've never heard of anything like that." Khaira stares, getting more worried...
(2:45:26 AM) Ikiryo1: Moriko frowns. "...that's...I saw that looking through the ship databases."That's an inspired-class dreadnaught. Either a Quori Avatar is in charge of it, or a Herald." She looks at the pair. "...I like to do research about my job."
(2:46:06 AM) Earthflame: "Oh dear..."
(2:47:34 AM) Ikiryo1: "Still, it's powerful but not so much more that this should be a loss." Lily nods.
(2:47:58 AM) Earthflame: "...I think this might be connected to my bad news..."
(2:48:48 AM) Ikiryo1: The ship pulses...and even through it just being a video...a palpable feel of depression and ennui fills the air. A desire to just give up and surrender to the inevitable. That life isn't worth living...
(2:49:23 AM) Ikiryo1: And then the idols start to sing. Spells transfering the sound to the entire sphere, songs of life and love and hope and a desire to see what tommorow brings...eating away at the oppressive aura.
(2:50:41 AM) Ikiryo1: Fighters starting to launch from both the dreadnaught and the Khadoran battleships, bright laser blasts in the void.
(2:50:58 AM) Earthflame: Khaira allows herself a slight smile... Even though she knows this won't last.
(2:52:28 AM) Ikiryo1: ...and only a moment later, the song is shattered by another one. A dark, depressing song. Of the pains of the past and how the only solace from it is oblivion and non-existance. Another ship shimmers into existance behind the dreadnaught...a dark mirror of the Lillies ship, a matching class of ship in dark soulsteel.
(2:53:19 AM) Ikiryo1: A hologram appears above it...showing five figures. Clad in dark leather and very few of them wearing shirts, five stunningly attractive men in dark colours...each one of them with a black circle on his forehead that Khaira recognises on Uytana's face.
(2:53:26 AM) Earthflame: "...Sometimes I hate being right."
(2:54:27 AM) Earthflame: Khaira tenses up... A ship that large of Soulsteel... An enormous number of souls bound to eternal torment, denied peace to create that vile weapon...
(2:56:43 AM) Ikiryo1: The song blaring out...shattering the idols attempts to sing through it. They are good but these five are a lot better. Even through it just being an image...Khaira can only barely resist the call of it. The call to give up, to not try and fight the impossible. To just accept the dark fate and go to it willingly...as that is how the suffering of life will end.
(2:57:18 AM) Ikiryo1: ...and then she watches one of the Khadoran battleships blossom into a massive fireball. It hadn't been damaged at all...someone had triggered the self destruct.
(2:57:26 AM) Ikiryo1: Another ship joins it...and another.
(2:57:44 AM) Earthflame: Khaira's eyes narrow as she feels her will harden against it... That debased mockery of life, the foul serenade of unlife...
(2:58:45 AM) Ikiryo1: Lily White winces as she watches it...but Moriko's gaze is hard, eyes narrowed as she stares at it...clutching a small locket with an image of her daughter. The song seems to flow over her without effect.
(2:59:48 AM) Ikiryo1: Ship after ship blossoms into the roaring inferno of a self destruct...until there is only one left. The idols, staring in terror at the approaching pair of ships.
(3:00:30 AM) Earthflame: Khaira murmurs softly beneath her breath... A charm of strength in the face of death, of the courage and will to go on... Tears beading at the corners of her eyes.
(3:02:27 AM) Ikiryo1: It's uncertain what happens to the idols after that. The image cuts out a moment later...the last thing on the screen the pistol of whoever was recording the footage, staring down the barrel.
(3:03:08 AM) Ikiryo1: Moriko grinds her teeth. "Holy Amaterasu..."
(3:03:29 AM) Earthflame: "I'm sorry, Lily..." Khaira sniffles. "I realised too late... It's my fault..."

(3:05:04 AM) Earthflame: "I know why Cryx is working with the Quori... The Quori have my body, and Cryx want it. Cryx tried to kidnap one of our friends to trade for Q so they could trade her for me... But I should have known they'd not stop at just that..."
