Masked Rider Kick Hopper II: Marco Diaz 6!

>It was Spirit week at the Echo Creek Academy, and no one at the pep rally was more happy about it than Star. The plucky Princess's usual frantic energy seeming to double as people became more and more pepped up about the upcoming football game with their long term (one sided) rivals, Silver Hill Prep.
>"Oh my gosh!" Star said as she buzzed with excitement "I can't wait I can't wait!" She cheered "My very first Pep Rally, I'm so excited" Star said as she used her wand to bounce a beach ball some student had brought, summoning a six legged rabbit creature in the process.
>Marco rolled his eyes, not feeling as into the school spirit as everyone else "When aren't you excited?" Marco inquired, only to be shushed by Star, causing him to frown.
>"and now, Brittney Wong!" Principal Skeeves announced "who became head cheerleader on her own, and not because her father made a generous donation to the school" the Principal rambled before getting beaned by the beach ball as Brittney was carried in by the cheering cheerleaders (using their heads as steps to get to the ground).
>Snatching the mike from Skeeves' hand Brittney started to hype up the crowd "Make some noise if you love the awesome Opossums!" She cheered, getting hooting cheers in response
>"I LOVE OPOSSUMS!" Star hooted "They carry their babies on their backs!" she cheered happily.
>"You know she's talking about our football team, right?" Marco asked, only to get a confused look in reply "We're going up against the Warriors" Marco said with a shudder.
>"The Warriors?" A confused Star asked.
>"Our rivals from Silver Hill prep" Alfonzo added helpfully.
>"every year their team comes in and slaughters our guys" Marco bemoaned "it's gonna be a total bloodbath"
>"That's terrible!" a concerned Star said before a determined expression settled onto her face "We have to do something!" she proclaimed.
>Marco seemed to consider this "Well, you could join the spirit committee, Those kids are relentless when it comes to supporting the team" Marco explained as one of the boys did a full split while cheering for the Opossums.
>"Relentless" a weirded out Marco muttered.
>"What a Great Idea" Star whooped as she grabbed Marco's hand to drag him off "We should go get some supplies!" she rambled, only to frown as Marco manged to slip his hand free of her grip.
>"As fun as that sounds, you can go without me" Marco deadpanned as he gave Star the double finger guns (With one of his hands sticking out of the neck hole of his hoodie)
>Star took it in stride though, bounding off with a happy "Okay!"
>"And now, our new Mascot" Brittney called "that I never approved of" she muttered sulkily "The Awesome Opossum" She deadpanned as she pointed to a person in a poorly made Opossum costume made a fool out of himself
>"What happened to the real Possum?" Marco asked "Did the Warriors steal him again?" Marco seethed tacking on a "Those jerks" for good measure.
>Alfonzo rested a comforting hand on his friend's shoulder "sadly, the real Possum wasn't playing Possum" He explained with a frown.
>as the costumed teen continued to dance around his face eventually popped out of the costume's mouth, revealing the happily smiling face of Ferguson
>"Ferguson!?" Marco exclaimed, shocked.
>"He's our new Mascot!" Alfonzo cheered happily
>A look of horror spread across Marco's face as he realizes what that means "So the Warrior's are going to try and steal him this year!" He exclaims
>Ignoring Alfonzo's claims that it would be silly, Marco runs off to catch up with Ferguson. No one was going to kidnap his friend while he was around.
>"Oh boy" Alfonzo mutters to himself before giving chase, this situations could only lead to shenanigans.
>Marco bumped into Star  a few minutes later as he searched for the Warrirors.
>"Oh Marco" Star uttered as she helped Marco off the ground "How can we prevent another Tragic loss to out team?" Star implored to her human bestie.
>"Well," Marco began as he searched for the proper words "If I knew anything about football, I'd use the element of surprise" As Marco rambled. Star nodded along, letting out several "uhhuhs" while completely misinterpreting what Marco meant.
>as Star ran off Marco's eyes scanned the hall "The perimeter is clear! MOVE MOVE MOVE!"  he cried as Alfonzo pushed a complaining Ferguson down the hall.
>while Marco moved Ferguson to a secure location, Star confronted Brittany on her plans for the upcoming football game.
>"No Warrior's going to be distracted by Chantelle's booty!"  a still slightly blushing Star cried, unaware of Chantelle's hurt expression.
>"Lucky for you, my Mom assigned the royal guard as my babysitters!" Star said as she remembered being taught how to snap a neck by one of the colossal men.
>and then Brittney banned her from the Spirit committee with a whip of her hair.
>Later that day, Brittney's cheer squad was preforming their booty shaking plan to little affect on the hulking warriors.
>"It's almost game time and  thanks to me no warriors have even gotten close to you" Marco preened as he patted Ferguson on the chest only to be spooked when an armored Star (Wielding a large Morning Star) popped up behind them.
>"Who's ready for a bloody bloody bloodbath?" Star growled her inquiry, much to Marco's concern. Said concern only grew when Star began to madly laugh.
>"What's with that crazed look in your eyes" A slightly scared Marco asked.
>"What do you mean?" Star replied, her eyes glowing red.
>Marco sighed and looked to Alfonzo "Please watch Ferguson while I go talk to Princess Kookoo pants" Marco deadpanned as he Dragged her away.
>Unfortunately for Ferguson, this is when the Warriors snatched him up, ignoring his cries of "Stranger Danger!" and his blowing on the whistle Marco had given him earlier.
>"Okay Star," Marco began in a frustrated voice "what are you up to?" His inquiry only drew a confused look from Star
>"Exactly what you said" she replied, groaning as she shouldered her Morning Star "I Booby trapped the battlefield"
>"WHAT!?" A now panicking Marco screamed as looked at the death course the football field had become before he turned to Star "Staaaaar! the Warriors weren't going to actually kill our team, they were going to beat them in football, WHICH IS A GAME!" Marco ranted fearfully.
>As she heard this Star's smile became a shocked frown only for her pupils to turn to pinpricks when the Ref blew the whistle and started the game.
>From there on out it was pandemonium, magical explosions, horrible monsters, and lots of fire.
>"We've gotta do something!" Marco cried as he transformed the usual "Change: Kick Hopper, downed out by the screams of the panicked crowd.
>Rushing into the crowd as Star ran back to get her wand Marco jumped onto the tail of a giant monster Squirrel causing it to faceplant. jumping between it and the Warriors it was chasing, Marco sent it flying away with a strong kick
>"All right!" one of the warriors cheered "Dude, you are awesome!" but before Marco could thank him the Warrior was snatched away by a magical bird.
>Luckily for Marco a Magical Squirrel that had tried to jump him from behind met a brutal kick from a silver boot.
>Marco, hearing this turned around only to see a Man dressed in armor similar to his (Though lacking the spikes) "Kick Hopper! allow me to assist you!" Kamen Rider Ichigo said, before letting out a cry of "Rider Kick" and flying towards one of the many flaming cats that was chasing civilians.
>as Star finished pulling out one of the terrified Warriors from a swirling vortex she was stuck by sudden inspiration.
>turning towards on of the flaming cats Star let her wand charge before releasing a burst of magic to a cry of "Mending Heart Hurricane" Returning the flaming cat to the several strays it was before hand.
>"Out of my way," a fleeing Brittany commanded as she pushed her fellow cheerleaders out of the way  "I'm too pretty to die!" She screamed, only to end up being snatched up by a Monstrous Dragon-worm creature.
>"Rider Jump" was like music to her ears as Marco jumped to her aid, catching her from the jaws of the beast before it could swallow her.
>"My Hero" She purred as she looked at his Masked visage only to sputter when Star's Mending Heart Hurricane returned the monster to the bus it was made out of, causing them to rain down on her and Marco.
>"Kick Hopper!" Ichigo called "Gather them all together!" He commanded.
>Marco nodded, sending three cat monsters headed Ichigo's way with a bunch of quick kicks.
>Star, seeing what the Rider were planning vaulted high into the air letting out a war cry of "Nuclear Heart Healing Hurricane!" before coming down and slamming her wand against the ground, loosing a burst of magic that reverted the corralled creatures back into their natural states, with most of the danger out of the way Ichigo took his chance to disappear
>Ferguson, freed from his Warrior captors by magic explosives ran towards them "Marco! you were right! they were trying to kidnap me!" He tried to call over the explosions that were still going off all around him.
>Said explosions rendering him unable to hear Marco's warning until he'd already stepped onto a magic mine, causing it to explode
>"FERGUSON!" Marco cried in terror, apologizing for failing him as he hugged his friend close.
>"Dude!" a not at all dead Ferguson intoned "I was just playing Possum" He continued, ignoring Marco's "Huh!?" "It's what we do!"
>"YOU'RE ALIVE!" Marco cheered before beginning to shake Ferguson roughly "This is why you only have two friends!"
>As Star looked at the destruction her misunderstanding had wrought she brought a hand to her face "I really messed up" she mumbled to herself.
>"We really messed up" a now unarmored Marco amended as he put a hand on Star's shoulder "I should've been looking out for you" he apologized, bringing a small smile to Star's face
>now that the majority of the Danger had passed, the Warriors fled to their bus and peeled out as quickly as they could.
>"Hey, that means they forfeit! which means we win!" one of the football players pointed out, causing a cheer to go up.
>as Marco and Star were hoisted up on the Team's shoulders, Star nibbled her wand "Who was that other guy who helped us, and why do I get the feeling that I've forgotten something" Star asked out loud, only to gape as the magical bird she'd summoned swooped down and plucked Marco off of the shoulders of the football player and into the sky.
>"Well, that's one of two mysteries solved" Star deadpanned in shock.
