**Physical Description:** Tim has clearly inherited his features from his parents. He stands at 6’1 feet (185cm) tall, although in his chair he’s closer to 4’8. He’s light-skinned with hair that is dark brown, almost black, and styled up into a swirl to keep it out of his deep purple eyes. Tim’s clothing is natty, a purple argyle sweater vest over a canary button-up shirt, and brown chinos tucked into his Timberlands, years old but looking like they just came out of the box. Part of what he inherited from his parents, aside from the cheekbones, was a particularly nasty resting bitch face, which he often tries to shoo away with a toothy smile.

A notable facet of his appearance is his wheelchair. Not only is it a manual, but it’s also an athletic chair, customized to exact specifications. It has a low back with detachable handles, large wheels angled ever-so-slightly inward, and a classy black paint job. To complement his set of rims, Tim has a pair of grey fingerless gloves, and a purple and black motorbike helmet.

**Personality:** A brilliant young man and chronic underachiever, Tim feels burnt out with his life having barely begun. School was easy, former hobbies were boring. Too old to be doted on, too young to have a handle on what he’s doing. Despite a relatively modest upbringing, Tim comes from money, and while he may occasionally suffer from rich-kid syndrome, he means no harm in his naivety. In mimicking the networking abilities of his parents, he tries a great deal to fit in with the it-crowd, in which he may come across as disingenuous and otherwise awkward, lacking his father’s abundance of mild-mannered pleasantries and assertive presence, and his mother’s good social graces and ability to read people. He feels like he’s gotten the worst of both worlds.

**Bio:** Tim was born in, and spent his early years raised in northern England. A privileged upbringing with loving parents. From birth he had manifested a stand, something his father knew and saw, speaking to him about it in hushed tones, but his mother didn’t, left out of what felt like a father-son secret. A new, promising job prospect found the family uprooted and moving to California. Experiencing some mild culture shock, Tim managed to navigate through the next couple of years in an okay state, but nothing was quite the same. School, slang, climate, cuisine, had changed before his very eyes, but the worst development came when his parents stood in the doorway to his room, his mother speaking in a measured tone. “Timothy. Your father and I are getting a divorce.”

Hours at a courthouse, weekends at a new apartment, and a new, uncomfortable dynamic. Neither parent would disclose the what or why. His mother would go on a few dates here and there, and Tim would duck into his room to avoid meeting the gentleman caller at the door. Things became strange. One day it threatened to rain, clouds thick and heavy in the sky. He was driving with his mother when a call came through. It was Tom, shaken and desperate. *“Tamara, you need to listen to me– You are in immediate danger if you stay in California. You need to take Tim and get out of the country.”*

The governor was murdered shortly after, mother and son watching the news from an Aruban airport as they waited for a cab. Tamara began to panic, clutching Tim’s shoulders. Then a flash of light as her stand came to life, enveloping her. Then there was a tearful reunion, a lot of explaining to do, the trial, restructuring.

Two years after the fallout, his parents are back together, his father under house arrest, balacing books for David Sides, and his mother let into the strange and secret world of stand users. Tim’s a high school grad now, and with both of his parents being Oxford graduates, he had so much to live up to that he felt paralyzed. He did not apply for any university, instead taking a gap year and promising his parents that he’d apply the following year, which seemed to come so much sooner than expected. The questions started. Where had he applied? When? What was the fee to apply? Why was he skirting so close to application dates? Was everything okay?

Lie after lie seemed to spill out of his mouth, unable to keep any of them straight. He needed another year to figure things out, but he dreaded the thought of disappointing his parents. In the early hours of the morning, he packed a carry-on, grabbed a credit card, and hailed a cab for the airport, where he booked the first flight out.

**Stand Appearance:** Standing at approximately ten inches tall, Hiiipower is a glossy white Phillips-head screw with a flat bottom. Arrows that turn from yellow to purple in a gradient style adorn the stand’s body between its threads, and it has two arms made of the wire you’d find on a standard electronic, with two-pronged plugs for hands, and cartoonish legs and feet of the same makeup. Two glowing, beady eyes are somewhat visible from beneath the cap of the screw, with a pair of thin metallic wires extending from the back of the screw cap, like antennae which occasionally, an arc of electricity will rise up between.

**Stand Ability:** Torque and torsion. [Hiiipower] is able to apply various types of torque to everything but humans and animals. [Hiiipower] applies torque around a point. It can be a rotation around a certain point in space, regardless of the presence of an object, or applied directly onto objects, like a wheel or door hinge.

**Power:** A - [Hiiipower] is able to torque with incredible power, nothing is too durable for it.

**Speed:** B - [Hiiipower] is also faster than average, not just in its abilities, but in movement as well.

**Durability:** C - Average, nothing to sneeze at, but nothing to write home about either.

**Precision:** D - Torquing is not a particularly precise action. [Hiiipower] is capable of torquing small objects, as well as parts of objects, but is unable to torque more than two objects at a time.
