Whilst on the government website applying for a Security Firearms Permit, Chris Frost, was discriminated against for being in the Fishers Island Sheriffs Department and was denied a Security Firearms Permit. Under the Fishers Island Constitution, Chris Frost thought he was protected and would be treated equally to those not sharing his occupation.

General Allegations

6. Under the Fishers Island Constitution, it states Chris Frost may not be discriminated against for holding an occupation with the Fishers Island Sheriff's Department

7. This denial of Chris Frost's SFP, restrains Chris Frost's opportunity to form his own company

Cause of Action

8. The Plaintiff seeks full acceptance of his SFP application (and granted a SFP) and seeks to have the Security Firearm Permit re-written to be constitutional to all who apply.

9. The Plaintiff seeks no financial compensation


I, Chris Frost, do hereby proclaim that I am the plaintiff’s legal counsel in this matter. As such I will be bringing this before Fishers Island District Court.
