Whilst on the government website applying for a Security Firearms Permit, Chris Frost, was discriminated against for being in the Fishers Island Sheriffs Department and was denied a Security Firearms Permit. Under the Fishers Island Constitution, Chris Frost thought he was protected and would be treated equally to those not sharing his occupation.
