To a certain extent they are working on my idea of intragenomic evolution, although they haven't quite gotten the idea yet ;)

Speaking of endocrine, it is now proven that stress shortens the telomeres, which are your "death clock." The shorter the telomeres the shorter your life - so Chill Out!

Relatedly, many are now suffering False Text Syndrome, which keeps them stressed. They think they hear an incoming text when there is none.
