  24.
  25. Any past experiences in being a staff member:
  26. Here is a list of my experiences, please note these were acquired in a span of 2+ years.
  27.
  28. DevourMC - Owner
  29.
  30. As an owner of the DevourMC network, I worked on ensuring a smooth server for all of our members. Meaning I worked on plugins, configs, and builds. I managed discord and staff. I recruited all of the staff members and watched them along with my other colleague. I also watched for hackers not very often because of important server matters and banned them accordingly with the every once in awhile "ss".
  31.
  32. ViveMC - Owner
  33.
  34. On the ViveMC network, I was originally accepted as a manager. When I had the manager rank, I made the staff guide, ss guide, the economy sheet, managed events, etc. I was promoted to an owner as one of the owners resigned and the other owner needed assistance. Whilst I was owner I refurbished the ENTIRE discord to make it easier to access and look nicer. I helped everyone with their problems from general issues to buy craft issues and anything else server related as I was a hard-working owner.
  35.
  36. OctopiaMC - Lead-Manager
  37.
  38. As OctopiaMC never actually released I still contributed various amounts of hours towards the server development. I created the whole entire discord (ranks, channels, bots, etc.) I single-handedly invited 100+ members by myself. I hired staff and answered any questions that people had about the server's release. I also helped the server owner config a few plugins.
  39.
  40. Froot Factions - Head-Manager
  41.
  42. On Froot Factions, I created various important documents such as staff guides, ss guides, economy sheets, etc. I also managed staff, forums, and other community-related things. I resigned in a week due to lack of effort from the owner.
  43.
  44. FireCraftMC - Staff Manager
  45.
  46. FireCraftMC was a factions server that nearly held 200 players a day. I managed all of the staff members and watched over them daily. I recruited staff, demoted staff, and promoted staff. I was also the one who accepted applications on the forums and interview them if I did accept them.
  47.
  48. Factions Central - Staff Manager
  49.
  50. Factions Central is a discord server with around 1000+ members. The discord server itself was used for partnerships, advertising, and anything else related to factions. I managed, recruited, demoted, and promoted all staff members. Therefore I looked over and watched all the staff members. As well as make guides for them and other useful documents.
  51.
  52. CyroMC - Manager
  53.
  54. CyroMC, a prisons server with 150+ players was one of my most favorable experience. As I mainly work in factions, skyblock, and minigames managing a prisons server was extremely fun. As I was a general manager I was also a staff manager meaning I trained, interview, recruited, and managed staff in general. I also made crucial posts on forums.
  55.
  56. CionePvP - Manager
  57.
  58. As CionePvP was a relatively small server I expanded the player base using my great advertising skills. I helped manage staff alongside the owner and worked with the community to better the server. As well as advertise the server.
  59.
  60. FearlessHCF - Head-Admin
  61.
  62. I was accepted as Helper on Fearless and worked up to Head-Admin within a few months. This was by far one of my most enjoyable experience, I helped advertise the server and made final decisions on who should get promotions, demotions or strikes. I also did everything a regular staff member would do such as helping people in chat, in Teamspeak, and banning/ssing hackers.
  63.
  64. RivalryMC - Moderator/SS Verified
  65.
  66. RivalryMC was an hcf server that ranged from 100-300 players. When I was staff on there I watched hackers, froze them, and screenshared them. I also moderated chat and watched for the occasional DDoS threats and racial slurs. As well as moving people in Teamspeak and answering questions/fixing problems.
  67.
  68. JailBreakMC - Moderator
  69.
  70. JailBreakMC was one of the biggest servers I have ever staffed on. It held around 2000 players a day. I worked as a helper, answering questions, looking at player reports on forums, and moving people in discord. I was then promoted to moderator and held a bit more responsibilities. I can say hands down this was one of the hardest jobs I’ve ever been through.
  71.
  72. Olympic Factions - Trial-Mod
  73.
  74. I was a helper on an old server called OlympicFactions that ranged from 50 - 100 players (On a good day). It had various hackers almost every day because the anti-cheat wasn't very good and it was just an easy server to hack on overall. I banned at least over 200+ players from that server within a month from when I was accepted. I resigned after a month or two due to the servers lack of players and it just wasn't that fun in general anymore.
  75.
  76. Blocksville - Helper
  77.
  78. Blocksville, a Minecraft skyblock server that ranged from 50-100 players. I interacted on forums, helped members in discord, etc. I mainly did everything a regular helper would do.
  79.
  80. Sulfur Factions - Helper
  81.
  82. On SulfurFactions, I mainly watched the discord and deleted anything that shouldn't be in the chat. I moved people into support rooms if they needed assistance and I answered questions in the game.
  83.
  84. FortisPvP - Helper
  85.
  86. FortisPvP was a factions server with around 2000+ discord members. I got accepted as a helper on the server. I did my main duties by interacting on forums, helping people out in discord, and mainly keeping the community a better place. Sadly the server's release flopped due to an error in management.

  100. Marketing Team (Unknown Name) - Owner
  101. Involve Services - Owner/Sales Rep/Freelancer
  102. FortniteHQ - COO (Position below CEO)
  103. Anex Services - Sales Rep
  104. Sol Services - Sales Rep
  105.
  106. Why do you want to become staff?:
  107. I'd like to become a staff member on the network to further improve the community with my skills. I'd like to get rid of all of the cheaters, creating a safe environment for the players. I've been playing this server for a very good amount of time now and I'd like to see it strive, and flourish above other servers. To mainly sum up what I'm trying to say, I'd like to become staff to mainly just improve the community by punishing hackers and making the server a clean, fun environment.
  108.
  109. Why should we accept you as staff?:
  110. I think I should be accepted as staff for multiple different reasons. One of those reasons would be my skills that helped me get most of my experience that I have today. Some of my skills include the following.
  111.
  112. Dedication - I will put 100% effort into everything I do on the server. I will stay with the server until the very end (unless staff team is toxic or something happens that is very tragic or important). I will do as much as I can for the server and I shall not take anything for granted. I will put my heart and soul into this server and hopefully, the other staff members will too.
  113.
  114. Maturity - Even though I am considered "Young" I can still act as any other adult or mature person. I am not the type of person to go around and make stupid jokes. I can guarantee that I act the same as any mature person.
  115.
  116. Toxicity - I consider myself a friendly non-toxic person for most of the time. I will never be toxic to a player on the VeltPvP server or staff member even if they are trying to harm me.
  117.
  118. Communication - I have a very efficient mic ($50) and I have a good headset. I can type 80-90 wpm and will be able to communicate with all services. I have Discord, Teamspeak, Telegram, iMessage, etc. I type very accurately and speak fluently so you can hear me properly.
  119.
  120. Recording - I have a $1500 computer that can record clean, smooth, and non-pixelated videos. I have OBS and Action to record and in case I need to edit I have Sony Vegas.
  121.
  122. Moderating - Moderating is one of the most fun parts of being staff for me. I like to moderate chat and see what people are doing and saying. I also like to watch what people are doing. Even though it's fun and all I still watch for racist, hate speech, and DDoS threats. I do watch for hackers also.
  123.
  124. Supportive - I can be very supportive and energizing. I will support anyone who needs it and even try and cheer people up sometimes. I can understand people very well and try to help them the best I can.
  125.
  126. Peer Pressure - This attribute is something a lot of people lack, the ability to not be overcome by peer pressure. I have never been peer pressured on any of the servers I have staffed on, even if my friends tried to get me to do something. I will never get peer pressured in the future either.
  127.
  128. Screen Sharing - As this skill/attribute is very necessary to become staff on most servers, I have "mastered" the art of screen sharing. I know almost everything to do and I know how to use process hacker, last activity viewer, etc.
  129.
  130. Patience - During my previous experiences I learned that you need to have good patience whilst helping members. I have overcome my anxiousness and learned how to wait for members to finish whatever they're doing. Such as waiting for people in screen sharing who can't fully comprehend me or someone in need of help in Teamspeak who has to do something real quick.
  131.
  132. Knowledge - After my various experiences I have a ton of knowledge when it comes to staffing such as knowing how to deal with situations, screen sharing, etc.
  133.
  134. Another reason as to why I should be accepted would be my vast previous experience. I excel in experiences in all positions, ranging from helper to owner. I have worked hard, and showed my dedication for the past 2 years to get almost all of those experiences.
  135.
  136. Additional Information:
  137. To clarify, this is my second application on Faithful. My first application was put into the "pending" stage but my interview was never conducted.
