Luciana approaches the long table, and offers a courteous bow to the Regent. She offers Alia and apologetic smile as well.

"Regent, I am Luciana Toryia. Adopted daughter of the late Vaj'rin Toryia and Heiress of the Black Leviathan. I am here to discuss the terms of one of your prisoners. Mipha."

[22:59] The Regent's Sky blue eyes moved from Alia towards Luciana once the door had opened. The skull mask on hteir face hid emotion before they looked once more towards the Ookami. "I imagine it was when the Coalition fought for good instead of when it fell to Kayeliun's corruption.." The man's voice trailed off before looking towards Luciana.

"Greetings Luciana. We spoke once before. It is a pleasure to meet you. For the terms of Mipha, I currently am thinking them over. I was going to speak about an ideal process with Vaj'rin but.." There is a sigh.

"First we should discuss the politics of the Black Leviathans in whole."

[23:00] Luciana Toryia says, "Is there time for that now? Vaj'rin is dead."
[23:01] Ikkaku Ukitake says, "Vaj'rin and I had previously discussed many things. Now that you are the Leader of the Black Leviathans, we also must have the same sort of discussions."
[23:04] "Well...I would not call myself the leader just yet. There are others that would be much more fit for the position. As of right now, I am concentrating on fufilling my duties diplomatically until I have the right to call myself the leader."

She looks to Ikkaku, worriedly.

"I am curious. These politics. I am sure you already know how the story goes. Leviathan's purpose and motives and such. Please, Regent. I am open to hearing any concerns you might have."

[23:06] Alia patted the cushion.

"Sit Luciana." Moving over and laying down, simply waiting her turn again. Not annoyed or anything though!

[23:06] Luciana Toryia says, "Thank you, Alia."

[23:09] There is a pause as the sky blue eyes stare towards Luciana.

"I see.. The reason why I was going to speak to Vaj'rin about Mipha was both because he was the leader and many of our prior agreements. His recent.. passing makes things greatly troubled." A small sigh breathes past the Regent's mask. "If you are not the leader, and there are others who may take the position, I would ask first who the candidates who may arise to leading the Black Leviathans are."

Gloved fingers intertwine, elbows upon the desk in front of them and leaning upon them.

"Actually, I do not know a great deal upon Leviathan's purpose and motives. I know that Vaj'rin cared about family, and was against Demon rule, the same as I.. We spoke about their aid in the coming conflict, and what he would ant to give it. What will be the Black Leviathan's stance upon the forces of Gaiar be now?"

[23:14] "As of right now...Okami and Tsuyo are our highest ranking besides me. If you would like to speak with them, I would be happy to seek them out. Though, Mother may need some time before she is ready to speak."

She folds her hands on the table, and stops to admire the expensive looking tea-ware and tablecloths. Luci would subtly rub her fingers on the cloth, assessing the feel of the ornate fabric.

"As for Gaiar Aetherius...they will forever be enemies of the Black Leviathan. Zaruma will pay for his evil deeds, as well as all who support him. You and I, Regent. Our factions are similar in values, but the sole difference is Sheng. As Heiress of the Black Leviathan, I will not allow Demonkind 'fair trial'. Any villain who dares to threaten Agartha's peace does not deserve and will not know 'fairness'."

Luciana cocks her heada bit.
"What are your views on my words, Regent Ikkaku?"

[23:21] There is a small nod.

"I'd prefer to have all three of you present to speak about Mipha, when the decision is made. I haven't spoken with Okami herself before, but I have seen Tsuyo. He was one of the people who fought against Crafthold when they killed Elizabeth.. I hope that Okami is well. Losing those we care about often is painful.."

The words trail off as Ikkaku gave a slight nod once more.

"Your words relieve me, Luciana. I have too often seen people give up and bow to Demons or users of Chaos when their leaders die. The fact you are strong and will continue to stand against Gaiar.. It is hopeful.

I do prefer to give fair trial to many people. But.. Zaruma, Tragedy, and others.. Creatures born of chaos such as those are needed to not be shown a trial. We know the evils they have done. Trial only is a waste of time for them. Perhaps there may be one or two exceptions to the Demonkind rule, but many are in the same vein, the same evil as the Archons. An understandable way.

That is my view on your words. And I'm glad to hear them."

[23:22] Luciana Toryia says, "I am happy that we agree in these ways. It lightens the biased weight I had placed upon Ardent before."
[23:23] Luciana Toryia says, "I will not take up any more of your time. My apologies again to you, Alia."
