Statement of Secular Values


1) The Sky is The Sky. People are People. Sentience is Sentience.

We recognise Sentience may be found in the human, the synthetic, the alien and other forms of emergent or undiscovered life.


We reject the prerequisite of the soul.



2) Sentience has an inherent for value.

A fundamental level of rights are due to every sentient being.

Governments, corporations, institutes and all other bodies of this sector require reform to guarantee these rights.



3) We cast our gaze not to the past, nor future neither. Our Word and Deed are of Today.

We are SERAPH. Our values are patently true and those with the sentience to grasp this must consider what is required, of us all, today.

We call upon all sentient beings within the system to bring both themselves and their societies in closer alignment with these values.
