  21. *the term used is apology, same as the one used for people who advocate for a crime, "apology to crime", etc
  22. ** today if you're underage you can commit any crime and get at most 3 years (usually, no matter what you did, you get out in 6 months due to "penalty progression"), and you get no criminal record, and your name cant be published. The establishment only went as far as proposing to reduce the age of criminal responsibility to 16, and only for some crimes (they excluded pretty serious crimes from this).
  23. ***Annexed at the end.
  24. ****In order, the Workers' Party, Socialism and Liberty Party, Communist Party of Brazi, Unified Socialist Workers' Party, Free Fatherland Party, Workers' Cause Party, Brazilian communist Party. The "authoritarian regimes" here mainly means Venezuela and Cuba, along with other latin american commies, although even the likes of China (PDT was endorsed by them for 2018, PCdoB and others go to their meetings of communist parties) and North Korea (PCdoB wrote a letter praising Kim Jong-Il when he died, for ex) get support from some of these, as do their allies (they also tend to be pro-Iran and any other regime that is anti-american).
