  99. - Get the Repel Gel (Note: It's slightly faster to duplicate another Repel Gel than to get this one, but duplication can be a bit of a hassle.)

  135. - Use Lakilester to cross the lava rooms faster. It saves a few seconds to ride the first moving platform in the 2nd lava room, assuming you avoid the Fire Bars this time, but if you do that then you have to risk an encounter with a Lava Bubble.
  136. - Lakilester clip down below the lava to get the Piranha's text. It's possible to softlock here, depending on your position, but it shouldn't happen if you come at the clip from the usual way.

  262. Bowser also has a high chance of another star shield on t12 this just wastes time
  263. If bowser does his star shields too early twice you will die/ need close calls to win
  264. If he does t3 your probably not going to win unless you get close calls
  265. If he does t4, t7, and t11 star shields you need a close call to win
  266. The reason why is that you lose shell shot damage, its okay to lose shell shot damage once, but no more than once
