- Description: Harvey broke in and attacked Donna. He r*ped her, before killing her, then dumping her body at another location. Her body was found by Boy Scouts 11 years later. Harvey, who died (11-2020) while serving life (commuted from death after NJ abolished the death penalty) for another rape and murder, was linked to the crime by DNA nearly 40 years later.
