[5:49:09 PM] WFW Kodystri: First of all, I would like to say, Hypest runs tournament quite poorly.  From my experience, I have noticed several things.  First of all, the obvious is helping people.  You can say that you try.  But I seen many many questions unanswered by the actual TOs.  TOs generally fade after 3 hours.  Why? I do not know, so I will not say this in their place.  It is not like they have much to do like participating in the tournament, so I do not see a reason why many questions go unanswered.  Even I ask questions sometimes.  Only Capps and Regralht answers me within 2 minutes at most.  This is especially important at the start of the tournament especially with 70+ people online because there will at least be 5 newcomers per tournament.   Also, when Capps left, I noticed a few things changed.  No Streamers for NA(Why did that go away), less questions being answered, worst time management, and even worst bracket management.  Makes me question why this is happening.  I understand mistakes happen like accidently missing questions or forgetting to seed Top Cut, but MY GOD this is very very consistent.  Even in Top Cut, questions go unanswered, which is hilarious considering there are only like 10 people LOL.  Anyways, lets go on the actual Team.  No one listens to suggestions like changing rulesets.  Remember that time you said you are willing to try something? Never happened.  You do not even try Pools to DE, DE, and other things.  You are straight up serious about having customs on.  Okay... FIRST OF ALL, I heard about someone ON stream cheating with customs and 2 TO failed to recognize it as well as streamer and another opponent.  Did this make you reconsider? no it did not, lets keep customs on.  Its okay to cheat since its a Free Tournament.  Worst logic ever.  Someone recently made me look at it that way.  It is not okay to cheat.  Cheating is bad and ruins the experience for everyone.  You say "Catching Equipment is easy"  I call BS on that, because that incident happened.  Must not be easy if people watching on stream didn't even catch it.  Do not get me wrong, I love customs and so do other people want to see it, but it ruins the tournament because of cheaters.   And Saying DE last just as long as Swiss is just plain out wrong.  I entered E2C tournament(The people you apparently hate) and they finish with 150 people FASTER than a 60 person Swiss tournament(Only Swiss, not the Top CuT).  They were not even well organized, but they still finished faster.  Kind of ridiculous.  Also, Portable Platypus 3DS Tournaments finish faster than Swiss tournaments as well(The first one I entered, idk about rest).  So saying DE is slower than Swiss is a lie.  The only reason DE can be slower is because of bad organization and time management.  So, just no.
