  8. This handbook has been created for the officer(s) and trainee of the Los Santos Police Department. Its sole purpose is to guide officers on how they should be performing their duties. This handbook doesn't affect any type of ethnicity or race and has been made by the High command of the Los Santos Police Department. Any officer(s) not following the guidelines of the handbook, or found violating it will be punished immediately. The handbook will not be responsible, unless it's due.Overall, the handbook will contain the following content:

  35. Chief of Police
  36. The Chief of Police is the highest ranking officer of the Los Santos Police Department, His duty is look all over the department and also maintain the Public Relationship. He has command over all of the staff that's working for the Los Santos Police Depatment.He has authority over all the division and command any unit at any time.

  38. Assistant Chief of Police
  39. The Assistant Chief of Police is second in command, who reports directly to the chief.He has the command of all the special operation(s) and their activities. His main job is to keep the integrity within the department and look over the given division(s) disclipline. In the absence of the chief he has the full command over the department and will be ranked as the highest. He has the right to command a Commander.

  41. Deputy Chief Of Police
  42. The Deputy Chief of Police is third in command, who reports directly to the chief.He has the command of all the adminsitrative and intenal activities. His main job is to keep the integrity within the department and look over the given division(s) disclipline. In the absence of the chief and the deputy chief he has the full command over the department and will be ranked as the highest. He has the right to command Captain(s) and below.

  45. Commander(s)
  46. Commander are in charge lead of special operation, in bureacracy of S.W.A.T and Dective(s). They work under the Assistant chief of Police and have the authority to run and command Speical Operaton(s) if given so. It's the toughest job within the whole department, so this rank is highly rated. He has the command to run, Captain I and Captain II in his division if desired so.

  50. Captain III: They're Directly run under, the deputy chief of Police. Their job is to look at administarive bureacracy and internal bureaucracy. They're in charge of assigning,supervsing and maintaining disclipline within the department. They'll be assigned to certain division(s) by the deputy chief of police if deemed so.

  52. They're Directly run under, the commander. Their job is to look at administarive bureacracy and internal bureaucracy. They're in charge of assigning,supervsing and maintaining disclipline within the department. They'll be assigned to certain division(s) by the Assistant chief of police if deemed so. They've got more experince than CAPTAIN I.

Lieutenants are responsible for ensuring that subordinate officers in their department follow all tasks to ensure the running of the Department. They often supervise specific divisions, give directives to subordinates about new or revised policies. Lieutenants join forces with their subordinates and supervisors to prevent crime and enforce laws, and work in police stations and out in the field.

  64. They're under the command of Captain III and can be assigned to the Captain's III division if deemed so. Lieutenants are responsible for ensuring that subordinate officers in their department follow all tasks to ensure the running of the Department. They often supervise specific divisions, give directives to subordinates about new or revised policies. Lieutenants join forces with their subordinates and supervisors to prevent crime and enforce laws, and work in police stations and out in the field.They've got less expreince than Lieutenant III.
