  40. [18:36] <~Sander> the first idea would be the hunting minigame. In the original game it used to be hunting bunnies but we decided to combine this with the tutorial battle. In essence it would be a minigame where you hunt boars.

  45. [18:38] <~Sander> I thought it would be cool if the boars would chase you arround and be able to walk into traps you've put somewhere which cuts their HP. if a boar attacks you, you go into battle with it

  52. [18:38] <Sevith> the other being a half hp boar
  53. [18:39] <RyanA> Aye could do something like thta with events easy too
  54. [18:39] <Sevith> Use one of the script snippets out there that allows event on event touching
  55. [18:39] <Sevith> So that when one of the boars touches one of the trap events then it changes from the full hp boar to the half hp boar

  57. [18:39] <~Sander> hmm.. Another thing that might be interesting is that you need the meat of the boars
  58. [18:40] <~Sander> we've got two characters, Dwane who's a hunter and would be shooting at the boars and Jax who's a thief and would be skinning them
  59. [18:40] <~Sander> and a possibility to switch between them
  60. [18:40] <~Sander> this might make it more complicated than needed though

[18:41] <Sevith> Then y'can just have the boars drop meat on their death... or have it so once you beat the boar, there's a dead boar event on the land and you have to touch if to for a certain amount of time while it's being "skinned". That way you're more susceptible to boar attacks while you're skinning it since you're standing there.
