The attorney who handled our divorce has agreed to provide information and assistance in the current legal case. At that time, following the termination of my contract with my agency and facing financial uncertainties, I was unable to meet his terms, resulting in our failure to reach an amicable settlement and the subsequent lawsuit. The lawsuit included claims that went beyond the problematic posts, such as the origins of our relationship and his one-sided, inaccurate assertions, often expressed harshly. My lawyer viewed these as undue personal attacks, leading me to file a countersuit and lodge a criminal complaint, which was accepted.

He accused me in his stream of fabricating claims about being sexually assaulted and impregnated by a past partner. This is utterly false and, in my view, a severe distortion of truth. In reality, during my previous relationship, it came to light that this composer, my ex-partner, was living with another woman, making me the victim in the situation.

His allegation in the stream that I gave my cat dirty, murky water is baseless. I cared for my cat diligently. The photograph he mentioned likely depicts the water after I had left, which, as pet owners understand, can become clouded over time due to the cat's saliva and fur. I regularly refreshed the water. Additionally, I never claimed that my cat would only drink murky water. That is absurd.

Regarding the issue of pet remains, there's a misunderstanding. The remains in question were of my hamster, not my cat. I had cherished it and ensured it was cremated respectfully. However, amidst the upheaval of moving because of the divorce, I inadvertently left its remains at his place. I have since asked my lawyer to request their return, but they have not been returned yet.
