How many times do you guys practice and scrim, Dry runs, reviewing vods etc

Depends on which team as we have several. The absolute minimum for lower level teams is 3 times a week, and typically for the high tier teams its 5 days a week. More than that contributes to burnout imo

Definitely true. Players need chill out days. Well as I mentioned that I‘m okay with practicing 5 days a week and if needed reviewing vods with the team at free days

Like when I tried to get a team. Most teams told me I‘m 21. to old for esports. Most of my ages are already in PL or CL so I appreciate the talk with you even more. You seem like a person who doesn’t give up on what he hopes to reach and I‘m a kind of person who willing to give their best to not disappoint them

Absolutely. We're both a community and an esports organization and we try to give people that opportunity to grind and achieve those dreams.
For me, my dream is to work in esports on the management side some day
And the last 2 and a half years I've done just that in a volunteer capacity here
We've had great success in other games (Overwatch, Rocket League specifically) and this is kind of our kick-off for Rainbow Six
But the more people with your attitude that we can bring in, the closer this dream is to becoming reality you know?
