Parliament & Military Concerns

Parliament is a beneficial addition to His Majesty's Empire, among Parliament is a strong team of individuals capable of making important decisions that effects His Majesty's Empire universally. In order to have civility, however, certain regulations need to be put in place to ensure Parliament, or more generally the Government, does not interfere with His Majesty's Armed Forces. Parliament, Government and/or other non-military third parties need to be clear that while their responsibilities may be relevant to His Majesty's Armed Forces (i.e. war decisions), said parties cannot interfere with the operations of how those decisions are made.
