[18:17] Joseph Garcia (josephtucker) nods, "Thank you Court Officer." he'd say, reviewing all of the documents, "This is on behalf the arraignment of Mr. Aeon, for the crime of First Degree Burglary, first to speak will be the defense. For sake of time, this is both your arraignment and bail should the state push charges." he'd stop reading and look up at Tyler, "Please state your case bud."

[18:32] Tom Box (thomm.box) pulls out the reports and goes through them "Your honor, as per the Arrest Report, The defendant, Mr Aeon was arrested on the 5th of March after Police units responded to 828 Ginger.  They found Mr Aeon inside the residence.  After identifying Mr Aeon as not the resident of 828 GInger, the Officers placed Mr Aeon under arrest for the charges stated, Your honor, there is some paperwork missing from the arresting officer, but based on body camera footage from the Arresting Officer and Lt. Hui, and Mr Aeon's in court admission, The State feels that we have what is needed to proceed with this case.

[18:36] Joseph Garcia (josephtucker) nods and reads over the paperwork again, "Yes, the city is missing quite a bit, but not enough to warrant an immediate dismissal at least; anything else to add before Mr. Aeon speaks once more?"

[18:39] Joseph Garcia (josephtucker) nods once more, "Mr. Aeon, please feel free to make a statement on your behalf for my consideration at this time."

[18:51] Joseph Garcia (josephtucker) looks over the paperwork, "Wellp, for one, this isn't your trial and no plea need be entered yet..." he would start, "Second, there need not be a formal signed citation in the case of an arrest, as a report filed and submitted would be just fine and equal. Third, you do not need a lawyer for an arraignment and bail hearing, but it is strongly recommended. You would have to have asked for that right at the start before proceedings began. I will be allowing the charges to sustain and carry on to trial, but in lieu of your awful treatment require that the state immediately grant you a phone call and that you be released and required to appear on your court date as you don't appear to be a flight risk. If you do not arrive to court on your date; a warrant will be issued and executed, and I will add prevention of civil process to your charges; am I clear Mr. Aeon?"

I suggest not breaking laws in the act of defending yourself Mr. Aeon. You are also apparently waiving the phone call to receive transportation, as you are still being transported back to holding, but that is your decision. Next case please."
