  1. (Be warned, the intro of this is solo RP; [First 3 posts])
  2.
  3. With every passing region the setting only heated; Frostvale's hostile cold was no place for his flames to flourish. Wychwood's lush forestry and jungle was perfect and ideal, however brought forth memories of defeat when the thought of his failure to capture the bodysnatcher before he could evade his grasp, but the desert?
  4.
  5. It's heat was superb, leaving any searing sensation condoned by his flames to be most unforgiving in the blistering heat. The air refracted without his aid, leaving him with a natural grin upon his face. The warmth was all, too inviting... Except for one major issue he'd come to realize...
  6.
  7. There were no trees...
  8. Only cacti, and with a breif encroachment upon one, leaving the tip of his index finger illuminated with a tangerine glow, prepared to burn at the plant-life with a poke's effort, even careful enough to avoid the pines he suspected to cause damage, he learned that the plants were infact... Not too easy to burn. They held water in like watermelon, thriving in the midst of the dry and arid sand dunes...
  9.
  10. Everything looked the same, leaving some ambiguity to form. Oddly enough, the memories of his previous kidnapping came to mind, leaving him with realization of the potential danger he was facing by returning to the expansive place. Banditry could be anywhere...
  11.
  12. The walk was taking hours, fading from daybreak to day's dawn. The temperatures lost their blistering attributes, to adopt nigh frigid properties. It was almost like trying to idle bare in Frostvale's cold, though it was no where near as rawly frigid temper.
  13.
  14. He found a place to rest, a mesa-side; He didn't have too much materials, however, never he been so grateful of his Nivis gear. Survivalist skills were less of an issue, with magic to bend... Though, the problem would eventually come to haunt him... How was he going to survive so far from civilization without aid from outside souces?
  15. (Saifex Tsuchi)
  16.
  17. Saifex had a waterskin, however he used it up when he was passing through Wychwood and waiting on his challengers in Danarium. A brief sigh and hiatus brought forth the realization of the fluid that oozed from the cacti earlier, inciting him with the idea of drinking that source of water!
  18. Without further ado, he proceeded to commit to such.
  19.
  20. A cacti as traced down, prodded with a headed finger and forced to drain through it's opening.
  21. As though plugging a wedge into a pocket, Saifex inserted his waterskin into said opening, and awaited for it to inflate.
  22.
  23. To Saifex's dismay, there wasn't much, but perhaps enough to continue the trek. He brought the sack up to his lips, opening his mouth to find himself interupted by the scampering of an intrusion; The movement seemed to scatch at the sand's surface, and move rather rapidly too.
  24.
  25. Emerald hues glimpsed up, to come to a realization of an element of the desert he failed to recognize prior: The Stinnox Infestation.
  26. (Saifex Tsuchi)
  27.
  28. A single beast seemed to tower over the Drakanite, leaving to gaze at it's magnificent shell; The sight of such a creature, was nigh breathtaking. Never has he journeyed this far to witness such a cre- The tail swiveled up, curling prior to thrusting out for him, catching his directly in the abdominal region and smashing him into the sands.
  29.
  30. He could only cringe at the direct impact, the tip of the Stinnox's stinger piercing straight through his armor, puncturing the flesh and even squirting into the bloodstream. Thankfully for him, even a lucky shot was far from crippling. Though, the blood that would sprout from the opening was most certainly capable of killing him, if the poison didn't get to him first.
  31.
  32. The snapping maws descended to chow down on the fallen Nivismen, retracting it's stinger and unleashing it's pinchers. One for each arm upon Saifex, squeezing mercilessly against the armor. The bend of metal was a pain on it's own, but the damages being inflicted beneath the armor due to the shearing force was likely so much worse. All of which taking place as the poison trickled through his system.
  33. (Saifex Tsuchi)
  34.
  35. Being in the desert and its hot was the young boy insane. He was just a kid but he was in a group of yokais wrestling them. "Dont rip the stinger to soon we need it for a weapon one day" he says to his clone. His aura was blazing like the heat and he was excited as always. The death of the weird guy got his blood boiling.
  36.
  37. He watched his clone kill of the weakest of the stinnoxes around easily. "Damn calm down we need to..." he stops when he hears a noise. He walks over to see a stinnox and a guy fighting. "What no thats not how you fight a stinnox" his clone says to him.
  38.
  39. He agreed with him and walk over to the fight. He saw the stinnox were big creatures but he easily fought bigger and tougher things. "The guy is the one from before" his clone says. He examines the man and says " oh yeah he was trying to get that weirdoes bodie" he says to his clone.
  40.
  41. They simply walk behind the stinnox and looked at him. "hmm that looks bad" he says to his clone. The clone nods with him on that. The stinnox must have heard them and swung its piercing tail at him. It went right through his body and he coughed up blood. Then he started laughing.
  42.
  43. "Hey when are you gonna kill that thing" he says to his clone. The clone simply grabs the tail and snaps it off while the hole in his body stayed. "Dammit you could have warned me" it says to him.
  44. (Hikaye)
  45.
  46. The stinger removed, Saifex was left to lay in sand. It was likely that the Stinnox was under heavy suffering, flailing about at the loss of it's most dangerous limb, whilst Saifex simply laid in the sands, feeling the blood ooze from his stomach. He wasted no time worrying on the scene at hand, clutching at the wound, even attempting to squeeze at it, past his armor, but it was to no avail.
  47.
  48. He snarled at the pain, wincing his eyes shut and braced himself for... Who could possibly predict?
  49. A flair of golden light illuminated from the center of his cluching palm, flaring with conjured blaze; They ate away at the flesh, crunching it and darkening it tremendously.
  50.
  51. It was a scar of ridiculous porportions, perhaps one he would never heal entirely. He cauterized his own wound, leaving him to grasp in the same instant. Never before had he seared himself with his own flames, but now that he had, he could only give a single reasonable reaction.
  52. Lips were parted, and jarring cry for the heavens sounded off, echoing to the horizon, and back from the canyon linings.
  53.
  54. He fell to his back, breathing heavily, forced to submit to the dance of reality. Everything took up an intricate blitz, phasing in and out of focus, and doubling, if not tripling up to shift in opposing directions.
  55.
  56. The dusk of the desert was proceeding to night, and the man was near unconsciousness, hanging on more than simple threads, but far from strong to continue on his journey.
  57. (Saifex Tsuchi)
  58.
  59. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  60. (Skipping ahead to another arrival to Wychwood vaguely touched in the summary)
  61. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  62.
  63. Saifex didn't recall it clearly, but a fight must've sparked sometime in the midst of his travels between the illusionist and the other pureblood. He, himself, had calmed down, having found no use for unleashing of his Azure flames...And even dropping to the ground, unconscious due to the sudden catchup fatigue got on him.
  64.
  65. He couldn't tell how long he was out, but he was not fondled with by man, nor beast. The Yokai infested forest was surprisingly, one of the safest places for him at the time being. His body was submerged within a deep bush, leaving predators to pass over him for other prey, and questionable personas to pass on by, without awareness of Saifex's presence.
  66.
  67. It had been hours before he awoke, no longer moved through the night setting, but awakening in the midst of dawn. He used a tree to aid him rise to his feet, wiping away at his eyes as though to force himself awake. He winced at the induced headache from previous experienced prior to unconsciousness, but they were soon to face.
  68.
  69. Just as he started earlier, he re-continued his trek for the north once again. A quick swig at his waterskin, containing cacti water, in which he still lacked the knowledge of, for hydration.
  70. (Saifex Tsuchi)
  71.
  72. The young bible boy was walking through the Wychwood forest, using his holy powers to smite Yokai and show them who the true god was, Kraus, amen. His staff was being used as a cane and he could be heard walking from some distance away, the wood making a clicking noise everytime it had hit a hard surface.
  73.
  74. A lesser Yokai stood infront of him, and with his holy magic, he smited the beast down to the ground, knocking back into the walking path of Saifex. He walked over the monsters body and closed its eyelids if it had any, he may have been cleansing them, but he still carried a heart. The priest stood back up and looked around for more monsters to "cleanse" and eventually his eyes had wandered upon Saifex.
  75.
  76. His holy aura was quite bright, shining around him as if the god Kraus was there with him. The boy pointed his staff at Saifex, still glowing ever so brightly, and he spoke, "Friend, or foe? Or maybe heathen..."
  77. (Angelo Bishop)
  78.
  79. Saifex went on to swig down the waterskin he partially filled earlier, gulping it down out of immense thirst. He was beaten around by Stinnox via an attack he couldn't hope to predict, poisoned, dragged about, and now under cactus juice intoxication from the looks of things.
  80.
  81. The taste of the water was alright, considering the dull expression upon his face, moving the waterskin away from his face to attempt making a proper analyzation of the young Exorcist before him.
  82.
  83. Though, such didn't take long before a transformation of his own possessed him over; The initial sign to such transition from casual behavior to alien, was signified with the dilation of reptillian slits, expanding to nearly blacken the centre of his emerald gaze.
  84.
  85. Time seemed to speed up, and voice ascended in peak. One's body was so loose and comfortable, yet so flexed and strong at once-- It was something he could probably never describe, no matter how much he would try.
  86. The simpliest aspects of life now felt like the answer to it all. Even a mere glimpse at the rocks at his feet proved absolutely amazing, percieved as a grandiose discovery to Draconic kind in Saifex's newly adopted personality.
  87.
  88. "Woooooooaaaaaaaaaaah....." His arms drooped to his sides, and head tilted somewhat with a mouth agape.
  89. "...L-... Look at that giant green MUUUSHROOOOOOOM!" He shouted out, opening his arms out as though to embrace it.
  90. He seemed to be looking right over Angelo's shoulder, and towards a hullsome tree, fitting the typical shape.
  91.
  92. His head switched over to Angelo, with quivering pupils.
  93. "MAYBE ITS FRIENDLY!!!!"
  94. The Cactus juice did not put him in the best state of mind.... Making his issues even worse than it was.
  95. (Saifex Tsuchi)
  96.
  97. The young priests eyes widened at Saifex, wondering what hallucinogens he had ingested. The boy was a healer and a priest, so he knew something was off with him when he noticed the pupils of Saifex widen and how he acted so out of place. His staff lowered and the priest boy walked to him and bonked him on the head with his stick and tried to see what effects the hit would have on him.
  98.
  99. Then his holy aura flared up as he was preparing to heal Saifex of his ailment, probably not of the dehydration, but most likely of whatever the drugs that he was drinking were doing to him. He probably wouldn't even be allowed to get near Saifex in his current condition and his yelling.
  100.
  101. "Don't worry... We're the friendly."
  102. (Angelo Bishop)
  103.
  104. The Wychwoods again. Uskor had never had too much luck here, despite the abundance of travellers that had to go through the place. The elemental had high hopes, however, and he decided to travel further north than he normally did, crossing the prairies in search of humans to feed on.
  105.
  106. He entered the forest without much of a fuss. Seemed like much of the countryside had been abandoned as the land still hadn't entirely recovered from the sinspawn attacks. The Yokai travelled through the forest, keeping tabs on how many Yokai were in the vicinity. Finally, as he crossed through a densely forested area, he heard some loud yelling noises from a nearby area. Something about green mushrooms. Interesting! The Yokai got as close as he dared, remaining just far enough for neither of them to be able to spot him. Angelo would probably feel a strong occult presence, but due to the Yokai in the forest, he'd probably have difficulty in telling where it was coming from.
  107.
  108. Uskor had stopped behind a large rock, and closed his eyes for a moment, leaning on the boulder. He reached out, contacting any and all Yokai in the vicinity.
  109.
  110. ...Turns out there were a lot of them. He could feel the presense of a dozen lessers, two megas and one tera. Uskor focused on the tera for a moment, instructing her to get to a good place to spy on the humans. The tera was just out of sight, and reported what was happening.
  111.
  112. Seems like the Drakanite was defenceless for the moment... how opportune. Uskor took control over the lessers and megas, instructing them to close in on the location. Whether or not the two inside knew, a horde of Yokai were about to arrive and give them a very bad day.
  113. (Uskor)
  114.
  115. The hullucinogens were crippling in their own way, leaving a dazed and demented Saifex to waiver and stumble on and about with constant ramblings of the fabricated fantacisms he envisioned; Tricks played upon the Drakanite's mind that he could only hope of besting whilst it remained potent in his system. It was obvious now, he needed help.
  116.
  117. The stick to the head, did -something! He stopped him in the midst of his stumbling and induced immense dizziness. He was completely ignorant to the threat he managed to draw forth, even oblivious to the forces that only an Exorcist could sense.
  118.
  119. Wychwood was infamous for it's infesting Yokai population, thus such wasn't always an anamoly, considering people have shared this forest with the lucky sort that do managed to surpass Mega, and even Giga form.
  120. He was still, for a few seconds, plopping down on his butt, with the back of his armor, torn open to allow Draconic Half-Shift wings to spring free in the past, left to slide against the tree bark, now stationary for healing procedures to commence.
  121.
  122. Though, he was open to be healed, he was an open and primary target to those whom preferred the easiest meal. Defenceless, with the exception of the young priest themself.
  123. (Saifex Tsuchi)
  124.
  125. The priests eyes glanced over to the Yokai and looked at him, his eyes widened immensely. He couldn't think of what to do to stop the beast, so he just spoke outloud to the Yokai. "Yea, ya see. If you could wait for a second, let me finish this up, then we can talk about this, yea?" Then, he returned to his tending of Saifex, making sure all of the poisons and toxins were leaving his body so he could get up and hopefully protect the young magi from this encounter.
  126.
  127. His hands glowed and his aura flared as he was trying to heal the boy. He was putting almost all effort that he could, restraining that one tiny bit just so he could fight the Yokai if needed be. He'd probably also bless the ground, and cause it to feel like legos when the Yokai would walk around.
  128.
  129. Angelo wasn't exactly ready for this confrontation.
  130. (Angelo Bishop)
  131.
  132. Uskor wasn't in the mood to talk, really. He hadn't fed in a while, and he was more than hungry. All he saw in the two humans was a pair of snacks, albeit a disgustingly putrid one in the Exorcist.
  133.
  134. Unfortunately, this hunger made concentrating difficult. Uskor was a mere elemental, and as such he had trouble keeping a large amount of Yokai under control. Three of the lessers were getting close to the humans, having split off the main group, and as the majority of the Yokai circled around, trapping the humans in their little portion of the forest, three of them rushed forth. They charged on all fours, headed for both the priest and the Drakanite.
  135.
  136. Uskor tried to regain control of this, but the damage was done. The three of them were too close to get back, and they were charging head-first into disaster. They were mere lessers, and the priest might not have much trouble taking them out. This weakened the rest of the horde, but Uskor could probably still salvege this. Or so he hoped.
  137.
  138. The elemental made sure to keep the rest of the Yokai on a tight leash. For now, there were three lessers charging from the west in a blatantly obvious manner, with a ring comprising of 9 lessers and 2 megas forming a circle around the two humans. Those would probably be too far off to be spotted. The tera was close, spying on the humans, but she'd probably be out of sight.
  139. (Uskor)
  140.
  141. The acidic content of the cacti was evaporating through his pores, forcefully eradicated by the magic bent at Angelo's will, however far from certifying.
  142.
  143. He was healing Saifex, and shortening his time of incapacitation, but he was still very much bested for the moment, incapable of defending himself against even the small group of Lesser Yokai breaking off from the swarm controled by the Terrus.
  144.
  145. At best, he could open tired eyes, shifting his pupils up to his healer, and then slowly roll his gaze over to humaoid figures of all sorts of variants and deformities that were the vile lesser creatures that preyed on whatever they could strive for.
  146.
  147. The hullucinogen had been eradicated for the most part, but the weakness was to sustain; As for how long such would prolong? It was unknown.
  148. The Tsuchi's head rose up to show consciousness, but his head rolled over to the side, appearing brain-dead at a glimpse, commencing a tough internal struggle against the paralysis that froze him solid.
  149. (Saifex Tsuchi)
  150.
  151. The strange being would find themselves drawn over to whichwood for whatever reason. Honestly, he liked sparring with the yokai's he made sure not to kill them, after all that wouldn't be fun. Well, at least not the ones that couldn't think, the evils ones deserved to be killed, however.
  152.
  153. Walkign over he noticed an..eorcist? Yeah thats what it was, the feeling of thaty healing made it's stomach turn lightly on the inside. Well, it's goop anyway. MAnaging to swallow this feeling, the being headed over to see more yokai, they were going to kill those two?
  154.
  155. Not if Fugo could say anything about it! Snapping his fingers, the yokai who broke free from the group immiedately turned to the the mimc as the aura of darkness began to enshroud him. They were under his command now, well they should've been.
  156.
  157. "Hey there!" The being would say, looking towards the yokai and the two humans.
  158. (Shadow Roski)
  159.
  160. The healing wouldn't stop. The priest would continue his healing forcing Saifex to sit down for the time being until he was done with his little ritual. As the Yokai encroached upon him, he blessed the ground to injure them, slow them, and possibly kill them. It probably wouldn't kill them, but weaken them enough for the new arrival to slay them, hopefully if he was strong enough.
  161.
  162. His holy aura was flaring, burning brighter as he focused all of his mana and magic into Saifex. He would get him to fighting and and killing potential, he wasn't about to die to some loose lesser Yokai that the Elemental had failed to keep a leash upon. "Heyyy. Can someone stop those things? Maybe kill them, slay them, kill them? Who knows."
  163.
  164. His eyes glanced to his staff that was on the ground next to him, making sure it was in arms reach if he needed to fight. Which he probably would've, it seemed as if something that would've been inevitable.
  165. (Angelo Bishop)
  166.
  167. This new arrival had managed to wander past the web of Yokai surrounding the two. No matter, Uskor could still keep things under control. Probably. The circle had been locked now, and there was no getting out unless they wanted to fight.
  168.
  169. Thus, Uskor started ordering the Yokai closer. The beasts approached, slowly but surely. They were kept under a tight leash by the elemental until he was ready to unleash an all-out attack. The three lessers weren't taken over by the new arrival, but they were confused enough by the attempt at control that they dawdled in the priest's blessed ground for just a tad too long. One by one, they burned down under holy energy.
  170.
  171. No matter. The other Yokai were now in position. They started popping out of the foliage, one by one. The two megas were approaching from the east and the west, with four lessers on the southern side and five on the northern side, spread apart evenly. The tera was still hidden, keeping an eye on things from the south.
  172.
  173. Finally, Uskor unleashed the Yokai. All except the tera were now charging in, albeit they hadn't been given specific targets just yet. The Yokai were kept on a tight enough leash that most human occultists couldn't pry the control away from Uskor. The beasts closed in fast, aiming to tear down at the flesh of the three humans. Or at least all of them looked like humans.
  174. (Uskor)
  175.
  176. A finger twitch, and further reaction from him shown correspondence. The Exorcist had done it! He managed to heal Saifex from his intoxication, though he was still feeling relatively weak from other wounds one would not have noticed right away, considering the setting and scenario at hand.
  177.
  178. At his abdominal region, his Nivis armor was pierced, likely from a powerful exterior object. Closer gaze upon the spot could reveal that the damage there, was sealed via severe burns... Cauterized.
  179. It prevented him from bleeding out, but granted him pain, not to mention immense fatigue from pulling off the feat.
  180.
  181. Only now, that he's succumb to rest, and the poison did the energy loss seem so much more significant. He could, still react to a miniscule degree however.
  182. "B-... Behind you." He croaked, eyes opening up slowly as though to indicate he was still 'waking up' from his damage.
  183. He snarled at the headache that engulfed at him, stress and worry beginning to envelop him as he broke out in a shout to alert the child of dangers he was best to take awareness to.
  184.
  185. "TURN AROUND!"
  186. It'd probably take alittle longer before he was personally ready to rise and aid the duo against the Terrus, but at this point, it was nigh certain.... If they could hold off the Lesser and Mega tier Yokai until then.
  187. (Saifex Tsuchi)
  188.
  189. The priest muttered to himself, "Why do I have to do everything...?" He stood up, rising from his healing and gripped his staff tightly as he prepared to start fighting Yokai. His holy aura had changed itself to something that was more fit for fighting, it slimmed down, seeming more compressed and stronger. The knuckles on his tiny hands turned white with strain as he increasingly gripped the staff tighter. He was slightly fatigued pushing his magic into Saifex to heal him.
  190.
  191. The first two Yokai to charge at the boy, both lessers would be slain with little issue. The first charged at him, and he met its swing with a duck, smashing into its side with his staff and knocked it to the ground. Then, he blessed the ground, causing the Yokai to bubble and blister in agony and pain. The second would be hit in the mouth with the butt of his staff, knocking its teeth and blood to the ground.
  192.
  193. He walked up to it, placing a boot into its chest firmly and aiming the twisted end of his staff towards its face, blasting pure holy energy into it's face, causing its head to explode and splatter Yokai blood and gibs everywhere. His eyes glanced to Shadow Roski and he prepared himself to speak, returning back to his fighting stance as he felt more Yokai would be coming soon.
  194.
  195. "If you wanna be useful, help me kill these things..."
  196. (Angelo Bishop)
  197.
  198. "Hm? Oh right, you need help!" The being nodded as it chuckled slightly it's body beginning to ooze out a strange aciddic substance, from the mouth before stopping. He probably shouldn't do that here, well not unitl he needed too.
  199.
  200. The being had failed to get the other yokai under his control. Well, that was no matter! Snapping it's fingers Fugho had managed to get a group of yokai himself, however these were considerably weaker ones, but still Yokai nonetheless.
  201.
  202. This was a useful ability he had copied after all. Either way. the mimc found themselves grabbing their lucky staff, as he began to heat up with fire. This was the staff that sllowed him to live in Frostvale all those years and was even given to him by his master. It was time to use it once more.
  203.
  204. Ordering the yokai to clash with the larger ones, the being began it's onslaught. BEfore it had only knocked them out, but now it was the time to kill! The being channeled it's fire magic into the staff, knocking through three lesser yokai's in sucession with swiftness. It's blows were swift and percise, one that were made out of the ideals to protect.
  205.
  206. A mimc that was helping others, how strange. IT went even as far to help an exorcist.
  207. (Shadow Roski)
  208.
  209. The humans might survive this after all. While the priest's disgusting holy magic had taken down two of the lessers, and the other 'human' had taken down three, there were still four lessers headed towards the group. Two of them were charging forward at Saifex, while two were headed for the mimic.
  210.
  211. As for the megas? They'd been slowed down by the weaker Yokai the mimic had summoned forth. One was still struggling, but the other mega, the one approaching from the west had managed to kill his opponents and was now charging in the direction of the priest. The other one would break free in a bit too, and would also head towards the priest, unless the Drakanite was to get up and start fighting, that is.
  212.
  213. Uskor contemplated showing himself, but he deemed it too risky for now. Depending on how well the group dealt with the rest of the Yokai, Uskor may or may not attack too. It would remain to be seen.
  214. (Uskor)
  215.
  216. The Drakanite was panting, using the tree as support with a head aimed for the grasses below. He was beginning to recover! The heat of his element began to radiate off of his armor, yet even now, he wasn't ready in that instant. The Yokai were capable of flanking him just seconds prior to his preparation, ramming him back from a rising kneal, to skid across the grasses.
  217.
  218. His body skimmed across the soil, back smashing against another tree, and eyes shooting open to witness the two perpetrators.
  219. "Ry- Ryujin, Damnit." He muttered under his own breath.
  220. The two continued to doggedly pursue him, intent on ending the scuffle before it could even begin.
  221.
  222. "I'm not dead yet!" He lashed his arm across his person, snapping his fingers with crimson gloves he used as his focusing lens. The explosive magic he trained thus far, was portrayed in a single upheaval of flame, rising up as a pillar to incinerate both Yokai nigh instantly. All of which, without the use of his incendiary arrows--
  223.
  224. He had grown much since his last encounter with this particular Yokai, though he couldn't come to the realization that this creature was the same one he met years ago.
  225. For now, he could rest further... But for how much longer would he need to sit on the sidelines prior to rising up in the defence of himself, and the others? Who knew how many more were out there.
  226. (Saifex Tsuchi)
  227.
  228. Angelo had bent back over Saifex and returned to healing him, the holy aura loosening itself once more, he needed the Drakanite to get back up. He had to make some barrier between him and the Yokai, so he imbued more of his holy magic into the ground to keep the unholy, occultist beasts at bay. It'd probably work for a short time, but he had to just get Saifex into working condition until he could protect them properly.
  229.
  230. A single lesser Yokai had hopped over the barrier and got near the holy mage, where the beast was met with a smite from the holy god Kraus, amen. It had knocked the Yokai onto the ground face first into the ground, burning its flesh and other things. This seemed to make the others falter and look for a time where they could strike without risk, to kill the child.
  231.
  232. His hands were firmly placed onto Saifex's chest, glowing, and pushing his magic onto the wounds.
  233. (Angelo Bishop)
  234.
  235. "Oi, going back to healing?" The miic grinned widely as it's eyes gleamed across the holy barrier. It looked pretty weak, but it really didn't feel like getting hurt nor sickened by the blast of magic.Turning it's attention to the remaining stragglers, the mimc quickly dispatched them as they were made out of paper.
  236.
  237. Turning it's attention to the tresss, the mimc would sense another form of Depravity. Perhaps it was another Yokai? Well, it didn't matter, they had just sucessfully ended an onslaught on many, it would only end up dead if another came around.
  238.
  239. The "human" With glowing yellow eyes grinned as it looked over to it's two friends. Self-proclaimed anyway.
  240.
  241. "YOu guys okay?"
  242. (Shadow Roski)
  243.
  244. Oh, great. Just great. The group of humans had managed to take down the Yokai, bar the tera which would promptly be ordered to get the hell out of dodge. The humans weren't such weaklings as it had first seemed, and Uskor was less than eager to show himself alone. Albeit he could probably call over a few more Yokai from the surrounding region, it would probably be for the best if he got out of there.
  245.
  246. Thus, the elemental opened his eyes and got off the rock it was leaning against, eyeing it's surroundings carefully. He'd start walking back south, making his way through the trees and foliage with a surprising speed, considering his size. Unless someone was to go up against him, he'd probably get away at a reasonable pace.
  247. (Uskor)

  250. (Part 3: Ambushed; Surrounded by false allies.)
  251. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  252.
  253. Ersa Avharain: <*waves to the Tsuchi*>
  254. Saifex Tsuchi: Hm? <*Approaches Ersa with silence*> Hello.
  255. Colden 'Adonis' Lumiere: < The timing... *Rubs his right temple.*>
  256. Ersa Avharain: Why hello there!
  257. Saifex Tsuchi: Hrmm... Hello again.
  258. Ersa Avharain: <*stands> I'm placing you under arrest! Don't resist, yes?
  259. Saifex Tsuchi: Huh?
  260. Eshne Wolfe: Uh oh.
  261. Colden 'Adonis' Lumiere: <*Was already positioned, anticpating this.*>
  262. Ersa Avharain: <*nodsnods>
  263. Saifex Tsuchi: Under what charges.
  264. Eshne Wolfe: <*Prepares self to possibly help subdue*>?
  265. Ersa Avharain: I could tell you in the cell, I don't wish for you to run.
  266. Ersa Avharain: Otherwise you might...er...die instead...
  267. Saifex Tsuchi: . . .
  268. Colden 'Adonis' Lumiere: I recall Athena saying, 'no arguing'...
  269. Athena: Don't argue this. Or y' will be brought down.
  270. Colden 'Adonis' Lumiere: Guess I'll follow in her footsteps, ehh? <*His words just do not fit the ever-sad expression on his face.*>
  271. Saifex Tsuchi: <*Turns over to notice Colden directly behind him*....Surrounded.... I should've ignored the Melym and left.>
  272. Ersa Avharain: Come, come!
  273. Colden 'Adonis' Lumiere: Sorry. <*Tilted head, smiling.*>
  274. Saifex Tsuchi: . . . Forgiveness will be hard to come by.
  275. Saifex Tsuchi: . . . Go on.
  276. Ersa Avharain: <*produces shackles> Alrighty?
  277. Ersa Avharain: Off we go then!
  278.
  279. [-insert imprisonment here-]
  280.
  281. Ersa Avharain: Here you are!
  282. Saifex Tsuchi: . . .
  283. Saifex Tsuchi: The Regency of Frostvale will learn of this.
  284. Ersa Avharain: Yes! She will!
  285. Athena: An' when she does, we will be waitin'.
  286. Ersa Avharain: <*nodsnods>
  287. Saifex Tsuchi: You said you'd give an explanation. . . I'm waiting.
  288. Ersa Avharain: Huh? Oh. I lied. Enjoy your new home.
  289. Ersa Avharain: Well that's a bit blunt.
  290. Ersa Avharain: You'll be released, I guess.
  291. Athena: In time.
  292. Saifex Tsuchi: . . .
  293. Ersa Avharain: <*nods>
  294. Ersa Avharain: Same for Ulrik and Falco.
  295. Ersa Avharain: Er...however...
  296. Ersa Avharain: If Seia orders you to die then...
  297. Ersa Avharain: That's...
  298. Ersa Avharain: Going to be a bit weird...
  299. Athena whispers something.
  300. Ersa Avharain: True.
  301. Saifex Tsuchi: . . . .
  302. Ersa Avharain: Alright. Off we go. Any prison breaks and you're going to die.
  303.
  304. The Drakanite's eyes fluttered open, body laid up against the his cell's wall. The damages placed upon his person were atrocious, likely taken up prior to his arrest. He slowly rose to his feet, eyes locked upon his fellow cell mates in distrust.
  305.
  306. The center of the abdominal region was pierced, leaving cauterized flesh in plain view. He was healed up to an extent to move freely, but was far from his peak. Even the backside of his armor was torn apart, leaving his back bare and exposed; Not much of his Nivis armor remained, leaving him partially nude, concerning the topside of his body.
  307.
  308. A stare from a burly man within his cell earned his discomfort, likely a non-magi that could easily best him in these conditions should he fail to be careful.
  309. He croaked, "Wh- Who else is there?" He asked, poking his head up at the sound of familiar voices.
  310.
  311. "Falco?...Ulrik?!" He called out, "Is that you guys?"
  312. An exotic dancing freak seemed to stretch out before Saifex, exercising their grotesque figure, and earning his cringing distaste.
  313. "...Are you really stuck in a cell too, guys?"
  314. (Saifex Tsuchi)
  315.
  316. Saifex Tsuchi: . . . That's. . . <*Scans the ceiling*> One way of looking at it.
  317. Ulrik Ulfdyrson: Aye!
  318. Ulrik Ulfdyrson: Gotta keep tha' positives 'Fex!
  319. Falco: I GUESS IT'S VACTATION
  320. Ulrik Ulfdyrson: After all ye -did- come 'ere on leave!
  321. Saifex Tsuchi: < . . . The last vacation we'll ever see. . . *Saddened*> Yeah.
  322. Saifex Tsuchi: Keeping it... Positive.
  323. Falco: Well it's not like its the end. Seia will win.
  324. Saifex Tsuchi: I pray you're right.
  325.
  326. (Few hours later)
  327.
  328. Whisps of strange mana come waltzing into the dungeon, surrounding the figure of Ersa Avharain. Within her hand and held at some distance is the sword Auroralie, spitting fire out haphazardly. She is only able to hold it in an insuffcient manner via a heavily armored hand and fireproofed leather wrapped around the hilt.
  329.
  330. "I assume you are all capable of coming to your own conclusions on events that have transpired during your vacation within my dungeons based on the visual I have brought to you this day..?" The voice quitely speaks as she burrows the edge of the blade slightly in the stone in front of her. "Or must I go into details?"
  331. (Ersa Avharain)
  332.
  333. Saifex stood upright, forced alongside the rest of his fellow Nivismen. He came across the sight of Ersa, the woman whom imprisoned him without explanation, and... The weapon she weilded.
  334. He was frozen in place, incapable of truly finding words to describe the sight, trembling to finally drop to his knees when coming across the coming conclusion.
  335.
  336. 'She couldn't have... She wouldn't have....' He thought, but he knew all too well, his cousin was more than likely to take one up to such a challenge. He couldn't deny it, yet thoughts sought out false hope. What was he to do? How could he prove that it was not the famed Tsuchi blade she took up.
  337.
  338. "Y- You..." He couldn't even finish his sentence, plopping down to his hands and lowering his head to the stone of the cell. Here, he was powerless, and could only flail... There wasn't even a chance in Atmos to strike at his opponent with anything effective.
  339.
  340. More inaudible syllables escaped past his flabergasted lips--
  341. The Tsuchi's eyes began to water, overpooling to seep over drenched eyelids.
  342. Droplets fell from his lowered head, a visage shrouded by hanging vermillion threads, leaving a shadow to cast of his face.
  343.
  344. "...You monsters..." He finally whimpered to himself, succumbing to a depressing silence... Seia's mark upon his flesh, failed to illuminate the power of one's soul... For within this cell, the spiritual capability of a magi was restrained to the innermost bounds of their vessel.
  345. (Saifex Tsuchi)
  346.
  347. (...WHITE TEXT CITY... It's just... Too much... To post on here... I'm sorry readers... Truly. I can't.)
  348.
  349. Moving his hand out, a palm would be placed upon Falco head, the mask covering Alix mouth, leaves his voice muffled, yet, his eyes are wider than usual. His fingers, seem to clench around his scalp, not causing pain, but more in a threatening manner. The lines of Rieka on his body, glimmer lightly to the light, yet he seems calm in his tone, as he attempts to take control of the situation.
  350.
  351. ''Falco...'' His eyes turn onto Ulfydr and Seifex for a moment. ''When... you do something as stupid as Seia, as stupid as you getting captured, do not expect to get your items back, do not even expect to be alive.'' He moved his free hand up, removing his mask... a grin plastered across his face. ''You should be thanking Ersa, not begging for your items back, Seia items... she was a worthless ruler either way, now, you will apologise for wasting Ersa time and my own...''
  352.
  353. His eyes glance up at the five ahead, before he turns back slightly to check on Lilith. ''You are not a child, so you will not be treated as one.'' Leaning forwards, he makes sure to take heavy breaths on Falco neck, as he whispers quietly into his ear. --- Before removing her hand and standing straight again, placing the mask back on his face.
  354. (Alix Drahomir)
