1. No lewd.

This rule only applies while on the group owned land or while using group chat. Anything outside of that is not under the jurisdiction or rule #1. "No lewd" is defined as any exposed or overly revealing clothing, erotic roleplay or pictures of sexual acts. There are cases when this rule will be waived, and those cases will be obvious, but when in doubt, don't. Those who actively seek to drag lewd that is not on group owned land or in group chat into the open will be instantly banned because I am not your dad and it is not my job to make your triggers go away.

Addendum: The rule may be waived for avatars who may be more revealing than most as an artistic expression. You may apply for a waiver of rule #1 if your avatar truly represents an artistic ideal of some sort, which will be decided by a jury of your peers.


2. No faggots.

Faggots are categorized as excessively obnoxious people. This includes people spamming large amounts of objects or particles, people who are known for ruining field trips, or people who are just insufferable to begin with.  *Note* - Due to everyone having a different interpretation of the term faggot, this will be decided solely on the discretion of whichever parcel or group administrator is present.

Stirring up drama counts under this category as well. Any excessive outbursts that are not absolutely hilarious will be asked to move to a non-public channel. Not moving to a private channel will cause both parties to be lambasted heavily via group notices prior to ejection.

Extra bits:

MUH CREATIVE FREEDOMS CLAUSE -  Anyone caught distributing blatantly copybotted materials in group notices or directly importing things on group land will be banned immediately. If the suspect material was given by someone without notice permissions to someone with notice permissions, then both parties will be dealt with severely.

HORSE CLAUSE - Any and all avatars currently in the group are absolved of any suspected or confirmed horse activities. As of 6/23/2014, ANY horse activities on group land, in the group chat, or on group sanctioned trips will lead to immediate ejection. Outside of group controlled territory and outings, this will not be enforced because witch hunts are terrible and turn things into shit. However, you are on your own for people making fun of you about it if you are outed as a horse for activities outside our jurisdiction, so deal with it.


3. No fun.

When you are found to be breaking the rules, the severity of the infraction will determine the proper disciplinary action. Accidental infractions are subject to a verbal warning or an ejection, whereas repeated infractions will be subject to a ban with the time determined by the severity. Violations of the lewd rule will be met with a non-negotiable 24-hour ban after a warning, followed by a permanent ban for any subsequent offense.

As this is a 4chan related group and anarchy is good every once in a while, you may now appeal your ban to a jury of your collected peers as opposed to a collective of the administration. The procedure for doing this is spelled out the relevant notecard.

If you believe an administrator is MAD WITH POWER, message Sovot with why you were banned and what your reasoning for the accusation is. Please note that trying to weasel around a ban by doing this will lead to the logs of our conversation publicly published so everyone can make silly image macros of you. Then you'll probably be banned or something.

"This person is being a real jerk! Ban them!"
Being a jerk is not in violation of any rules whatsoever. As long as the person in question does not violate any of the above, they are free to continue being a jerk to you until some moderator finds it annoying, after which action will be taken. Feel free to fire back at your harasser until that time.

"Soviet why can't I wear <insert horribly lewd viss part> on the parcel? M-muh creative freedoms"
The parcel is meant to be a meeting and hangout spot for all of the members of the group. To ensure group cohesion, I would ask that all of our more "open" members try and dress appropriately while on the parcel. Outside of the parcel, you can wear whatever bits you want with no chance of repercussions, despite what people say.

It is very hard to keep a group of 150+ 4channers under any semblance of control. If you violate one of the two rules, punishment will be handed down either by an administrator or by a giant public eyesore of a court. These decisions are allowed a single appeal, which will be shared publicly if you're a moron. Special cases will be waived of an appeal, depending on severity of the infraction and any court outcomes.

The other officers and myself are always looking for exemplary people who would perform well in an officer position.  If you are serious, submit your request to any member of the moderation staff and if you are not a nerd you might be considered.

It is not the moderation team's job to protect your buttocks from rumpling at what other group members do in their spare time. Either leave the area or go do something else if group members are making you uncomfortable in other sims. Also I'm probably going to ban you for not reading the rules.
