donation procedure

It is our hope to unload your vehicle in five minutes.

Some suggestions to help make that possible:

Do not overload the vehicle. Boxes, bags and containers should be lightweight.
Clothing and other soft goods can be in paper or plastic bags, boxes, or on hangers.
Other small items should be packed, like items together, in cardboard boxes.
Large items should be packed so that they can be removed separately from other
donations.
Pack books together, in cardboard boxes.
Household appliances, home-entertainment equipment, and lamps should be put in the
vehicle last, as they will be removed first.
