a guy accused me of threatening to blow his house up and some other shit and the girl i was seeing, who was with me when they say i said whatever on the phone is the only person that knows i didnt do it and her way of breaking up with me was that she came to court after they revoked my bond and locked me up and she was gonna also say i did the shit. i had no choice but to take a plea they gave me 6 yrs all suspended except 5 months, indefinite probation, 6 yrs good behavior. if i had plead not guilty and they had found me guilty they were trying to give me 11 yrs; and its considered a violent offense (felony), and also in VA nonviolent you only have to do 85% of the time in jail/prison, violent convictions are right near 97% time you have to serve. so in other words i pretty much got fucked. they didnt have any phone records or anything, was sent to trial based on this guys testimony, who i dont even know never met, some guy my ex worked for for a couple years that had a vendetta angainst me due to some other shit not even directly involved with him. got fucked.
