1. I currently know that I have a very direct communication style. I accept and give feedback freely and I cannot wait to get started with pair programming to help develop these skills even further.

2. I learned excellent strategies on how to confront and deal with conflict. The point where it is a good idea to just take a minute (even though it may be awkward) was very fascinating and I will try implementing that method the next time I am frustrated.

3. I'm looking forward on improving on my active listening skill. These won't just help me with my future career but with my family as well. I hope the methods I learned, such as repeating back statements and ideas, helps further my learning of others' styles and thinking.
