It affected many personnel on-site, giving them 'visions' of an entity we have tentatively identified as the 'Laughing King'." He hands each of them a file

[2015-08-24 16:28:43] <Talonair> Each file contains a short summary of the event on-site, as well as reports of strange activity in San Francisco, as well as a number of insane asylums across the country. "We are at present unsure as to how this occured. However, agent Arthur Sullivan, who you may know as the site's new archivist, managed to find the leads in your files."
