  1. [21:46] * [huh]Isabella has, by and by, ended up on the roof, knife still in hand.
  2. [21:46] <[huh]Isabella> Where, where shall I hide it~
  3. [21:58] <[GM]Mary> The tiger leaps onto the roof, with the little maid still clinging onto its back. It scans the roof until it spots the fairy maid at the other end.
  4. [21:58] * [Owen]Tabitha is jostled around by the tiger's movements. This could be harder than she thought...
  5. [21:59] <[Owen]Tabitha> [This is for huh]
  6. [21:59] <[Owen]Tabitha> <[GM]Mary> The tiger leaps onto the roof, with the little maid still clinging onto its back. It scans the roof until it spots the fairy maid at the other end.
  7. [21:59] <[Owen]Tabitha> * [Owen]Tabitha is jostled around by the tiger's movements. This could be harder than she thought...
  8. [22:01] <[huh]Isabella> Uwah! Found!
  9. [22:03] <[Owen]Tabitha> "Isabella...hrrmmgh..."
  10. [22:03] * [Owen]Tabitha finds it difficult to look at the fairy and still hold on tightly to the tiger's back.
  11. [22:04] <[Owen]Tabitha> "I would like my mother's knife back."
  12. [22:05] <[huh]Isabella> That's not fun at all though, is it?
  13. [22:05] <[huh]Isabella> This story's just getting to it's climax, right?
  14. [22:06] <[GM]Mary> The tiger approaches the fairy.
  15. [22:06] * [huh]Isabella flutters higher, trying to stay out of the tiger's reach.
  16. [22:06] <[Owen]Tabitha> "This is not a story. This is real life."
  17. [22:07] <[huh]Isabella> Eh, what's the difference?
  18. [22:08] * [Owen]Tabitha inhales sharply.
  19. [22:09] <[Owen]Tabitha> "Real life...is real."
  20. [22:09] <[Owen]Tabitha> "It is important."
  21. [22:09] <[huh]Isabella> I agree.
  22. [22:10] <[Owen]Tabitha> "Likewise, my mother's knife is important. It is real."
  23. [22:11] <[Owen]Tabitha> "This is not a time for foolishness."
  24. [22:11] <[huh]Isabella> :All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy," isn't it?
  25. [22:12] <[huh]Isabella> Well, that being said, I'm not one to keep something precious from you.
  26. [22:13] * [huh]Isabella tosses the knife over Tabitha's head.
  27. [22:13] <[huh]Isabella> Catch, then!
  28. [22:20] <[Owen]Tabitha> "...not...no!"
  29. [22:20] * [Owen]Tabitha pushes slightly on the tiger's back, and speaks urgently to him.
  30. [22:21] <[Owen]Tabitha> "My comrade! The knife! Help me!"
  31. [22:22] * [Owen]Tabitha raises up and grips the tiger with only her legs, preparing to reach for the flying blade.
  32. [22:25] <[GM]Mary> The tiger rears up on its hind legs enough to compensate for Tabitha's lack of height.
  33. [22:27] * [Owen]Tabitha stretches out her good hand and snatches the handle of the knife from above her.
  34. [22:27] * [Owen]Tabitha is in a precarious position! At this angle, she can't balance herself!
  35. [22:28] * [Owen]Tabitha tumbles off the tiger's back.
  36. [22:30] <[Owen]Tabitha> "Ahhghh..."
  37. [22:31] * [huh]Isabella flutters over to Tabitha and offers her a hand up.
  38. [22:31] <[huh]Isabella> Are you alright?
  39. [22:31] * [Owen]Tabitha is indecisive. She can't give Izzy her bloody hand, nor does she want to put down the knife.
  40. [22:32] * [Owen]Tabitha returns the knife to the safety of her waist and grasps the fairy's tiny hand.
  41. [22:32] * [huh]Isabella helps Tabitha to her feet.
  42. [22:34] <[GM]Mary> The tiger turns to Tabitha, its head low, looking a little disappointed in itself.
  43. [22:34] * [Owen]Tabitha brushes some of the snow off her dress.
  44. [22:35] <[Owen]Tabitha> "Isabella...I would prefer you not to do that again."
  45. [22:35] <[Owen]Tabitha> "You have wasted the time of all three of us."
  46. [22:35] <[huh]Isabella> three?
  47. [22:36] * [Owen]Tabitha notices the tiger's lack of regality, and turns to it.
  48. [22:36] <[Owen]Tabitha> "My thanks to you again, good creature. I am in your debt."
  49. [22:38] * [Owen]Tabitha curtsies to the tiger.
  50. [22:38] <[GM]Mary> The tiger responds with a low purring, briefly looking up at Tabitha before returning its gaze downward.
  51. [22:39] <[Owen]Tabitha> "Yes, little fairy. Three. This good tiger is as much a worker here as we are."
  52. [22:39] <[Owen]Tabitha> "Perhaps moreso than some, even..."
  53. [22:42] <[huh]Isabella> But it's a tiger!
  54. [22:44] <[GM]Mary> The tiger shoots a glance at Isabella with a displeased glint in its eye.
  55. [22:44] <[Owen]Tabitha> "...and yet it made my bed, and hung a portrait on the wall."
  56. [22:44] <[Owen]Tabitha> "Have you done that?"
  57. [22:47] <[huh]Isabella> Huh?
  58. [22:47] <[huh]Isabella> Last time I tried hanging portraits, Cassandra scolded me.
  59. [22:48] <[huh]Isabella> I didn't really listen, but something about damaging them.
  60. [22:48] <[huh]Isabella> Most of them only got a few scratches, though.
  61. [22:50] * [Owen]Tabitha sighs. The incompetence of these people...
  62. [22:51] <[Owen]Tabitha> "Let us return inside. This chill air will do us no good."
  63. [22:51] * [huh]Isabella shivers.
  64. [22:52] <[huh]Isabella> Now that you mention it...
  65. [22:52] <[huh]Isabella> It's coooold...
  66. [22:52] * [huh]Isabella darts inside.
  67. [22:52] * [Owen]Tabitha follows at her normal, lackluster pace. She holds the door open for the tiger.
  68. [22:54] <[GM]Mary> The tiger looks at Tabitha for a moment before getting inside.
  69. [22:55] * [Owen]Tabitha shuts the door, and addresses the beast as they walk down the halls.
  70. [22:55] <[Owen]Tabitha> "Once again, I thank you for your service. I shall honor my pledge to you, now."
  71. [22:56] <[Owen]Tabitha> "You helped me, so I shall help you. What may I do for you, kind creature?"
  72. [23:01] <[GM]Mary> The tiger remains idle, as if in thought. Then it looks back up at Tabitha and gestures with its head to follow it down the hall.
  73. [23:02] * [Owen]Tabitha follows as instructed.
