>Wave/Sound Manipulation
The user can control waves, including tidal waves, soundwaves, brainwaves, electronic/radiowaves, etc., controlling sonar waves to enhance/even mute them, or cause others to fall asleep/weaken them by manipulating their brainwaves. They can intercept and interpret messages in radio waves, and cause massive tidal waves, washing away anything in its path. User can mimic, intensify, hush, and distort, as well warp, strengthen, echo, speed up, and slow down sound, using it as a powerful physical force and high-speed movement.
•May be unable to create sound, being limited to manipulating only from already existing sources.
•Distance, mass, precision, etc. depend upon of the knowledge, skill, and strength of the user.
Sound requires a medium to travel through, such as air, ground or water, though it can be virtually anything.
•Sound Nullification can nullify user's powers.
•Users of Sound Immunity or Sound Absorption are either immune or highly resistant.

>Elemental Manipulation
Whilst Lucille can now control the 4 Elements; Fire, Water, Earth, and Air, she can extend beyond that.
•With Fire, she can have the ability to control the direction and/or behavior of lightning and have the ability to generate lightning. The User can create, shape and manipulate electricity, a form of energy resulting from the movement of charged particles (such as electrons or protons), allowing control over electric fields, all charge carriers (Ions, Electrons, Protons, and Positrons), electronics, and electromagnetic forces. *Lighting/Electricity Manipulation.*
•With Water, she can Blood Blend another living thing to either halt them in their tracks, keeping them there or to completely stop them from what they’re doing, including stopping their abilities if they require hand movements and concentration. *She usually uses this for defence only and that is ALL what she can do to them. If, for example, someone already shot an electric beam at her, she can’t stop that ability. She can only stop an ability if the opponent hasn’t already forged an attack.*
•With Earth, she can manipulate Lava; can create, shape and manipulate molten rock (magma while underground, lava when on surface. Lava can also go along with Fire Manipulation), and feel, with her mind and feet if something went down in a certain place.  *This doesn’t mean she __exactly__ knows what happened. She would only knows bits and pieces of what happened.*
•With Air, it’s highly more advanced and powerful; User can create, shape and manipulate air, the common name given to the layer of atmospheric gases and various compounds (mostly oxygen and nitrogen) surrounding the planet Earth that is retained by Earth's gravity, and wind, movement of air relative to the surface of the planet.
•Over-stepping her limits can cause her to either have bloody noises, fainting, falling into a deep slumber, or death.
•Depending on each of the elements she uses, it affects her physically. Eg, - Fire = Slight Burns
•Her strongest is Wind and Water, meaning despite her being in control with all the elements, she’ll still need to practice to fully master everything.

//High Pain Tolerance
Users can block pain at will, are incapable of feeling pain or are highly resistant to physical pain of any kind, allowing them to think clearly and continue to move despite grievous injury. Users can think clearly, continue to move, ignore torture and generally function in situations where pain would disable a normal person.

[Limitations|Weaknesses]
—Not feeling pain may leave the user ignorant to crippling injuries, which may disable them without them even knowing why.
—User may only be able to tolerate and ignore the pain, and not actually cancel it out.
—User's body may increase and destabilize their emotional output.
—May not be immune to some types of pain or amounts of it.

//Psychic Immunity
The user is completely immune to any/all psychic phenomena regardless of its nature and origin (natural, supernatural, magical, technological, etc.). Their mind cannot be controlled, damaged, read, influenced, emulated, altered, detected or communicated with, forcing users with telepathic allies to rely on alternate means of long-distance communication, usually via technological or magical devices.

Simply put, users' mind cannot be entered or affected in any way, making them perfectly immune to any mind-related effects/abilities.

[Limitations|Weaknesses]
—Becoming vulnerable will open up her mind thus not being immune anymore until she blocks her mind off. Although either way, it’d be extremely difficult.
—Applies to psychic phenomena only, user are still vulnerable to physical, soul-based and other supernatural occurrences.
—Completely prevents any form of telepathic communication, requiring the use of external devices.
—Users of Absolute Psionic Power and Immunity Bypassing may be able to effect the targets mind.

//Precognition
Users have the ability to foresee possible futures and observe what may happen. As knowledge of the future invariably causes that future to change, visions of the future are subject to frequent shifting. While not being able to select futures or travel through time, these visions may assist in possible courses of action.
—Lucille usually either draws or captures this within film as most of the time, she needs something to trigger this ability. When drawing or taking pictures, there is no need for such requirement as long as it’s a small observation. She can use this without these essentials though.
—She is open to ALL types of Precognition.

[Limitations/Weaknesses]
—May be uncontrollable and unpredictable.
—May only be able to see a certain aspect of the future.
—Can cause great strain to the user's mind.
—Foretelling may be an involuntary action happening unexpectedly.
—May be behave like a reverse memory, wherein the nearest futures or most important future events are the most vivid.
—Precognitive Immunity makes the user unseen in any and/or various predictions.
—Unless they can read a person's thought/emotions, the user can misunderstood of someone's true intentions.
—Visions may be more similar to dreams, difficult to remember, or decipher.
—Can't see what has already happened, unless the user has Retrocognition or Chrono Vision.
—May require being in a trance, asleep or unconscious to see the future.
—May only be able to see destiny, being unable to change events.

`BACKSTORY:` Ever since her father, Bruce Wayne, got the Amazo Virus which gave him superpowers, his life time shortened. After Lucille was born, this virus was passed down to her enabling her to have her unique own set of abilities though, just the same as her Father’s, her life time was also shortened down. Alfred Pennyworth, her Father’s butler and closest friend, is the only one of whom knows about this Down-side Effect as well as both her Father’s and her’s identity.
