The standard points that I think matter

1. the breadth and consistency of these comments makes any 'imitation game' excuse ridiculous

2. the above and key tweets where she has violent takes makes the idea the Times did an independent review of this ridiculous

3. The times balked at Trump calling the press the enemies of the people, called it dehumanizing language

4. the people defending her, often journalists, are just being disingenuous or repeating stock progressivisms about how you cant be racist to white people because an NYT editor has no institutional power, unlike a rideo clown mocking President Obama. Or they are claiming more nuance than can possibly be devined from her statements, or that they were soft jokes. Often people who say Jordan Peterson is too loose and unclear.
