[1/25/2020, 9:23:25 PM] BOTSakura Yua: A small burgundy haired owl mutant perched in the bleachers, curled up tightly by the heat vent as she sipped bubble tea in one hand and flipped through her laptop notes with the other. She wasn't quite sure why the head nurse, her sensei, had asked her to be the one to initiate discussions on quirks - what would she know? However, her sensei was adamant that she had to find the strength and wisdom within herself to plan out good routes of development for the hero class.

A solemn sigh escaped her pouty face as she set her drink and laptop aside. She had rehearsed her notes, she had rehearsed her quirk development lectures, she was ready to help. At least, that's what she'd want to believe. The bell had rung and it would of been moments until the 1 on 1 meeting would begin - chances are being with a student she had never met before.

The 130 cm girl walked to the center of the gym, and took a deep breath, puffing out her chest boldly to muster the courage she could find within herself.

"Welcome Eiji-sama, my name is Sakura and I'm the nurse assistant." She called out to the young man she saw at the beach class. The sama part would seem somewhat off, was this owl younger than the student being questioned? Her voice would be ever so quiet, one with regular or below regular hearing would likely have to move closer to hear what the owl had to say.

"Thank you for coming, as your class notification says. We'll be discussing your quirk today."
[1/25/2020, 9:23:26 PM] BOTSakura Yua: "May you tell me what your quirk means to you? Not what it does, but what it does for you. How it shapes your life." The owl girl had a hard time getting the words out, the question was far too personal for her to just ask! To a stranger none the less! She shivered a little, bringing her winged arms closer to herself ease her obvious worry... yet there was only so much the owl girl could do to bring themselves comfort.

Once they answered, she'd follow with the next questions - one after another after she received a response. They'd be almost as if a Q&A format flow.

"What are your limits, both as an individual and with your quirk?
"What improvements do you want to make in yourself?"
"What improvements have you been making so far? How?
"What kind of hero are you trying to be?"

[1/25/2020, 10:10:52 PM] Eiji Eguchi 「Zephyrs Gale」: True to her words he did indeed receive a notification about this, Eiji took a minute to himself to look around him, taking a couple deep breaths to breath in the air to try and make himself feel more at ease, since he had no clue was bound to happen here, all he hoped was that it wasn't a fight as he wasn't too confident in his fighting abilities.

After taking the time to himself he marched his way over to the girl to introduce himself, correctly, "Hello, it seems you already know my name so that saves me the trouble, and you've mentioned yours, so i don't really have much to introduce myself on, oh well." He said, looking down at the girl, seeing if he could get a good read on her, after which he'd put his hands behind his head, seemingly reclining without sitting down, relaxing without relaxing himself, donning his trademark 'floaty smile' one that made him feel like he wasn't really paying attention to anything and just away from the world, but he was more than attentive pretty much all the time.

"My quirk? well..." Eiji said as he trailed off, putting on finger on his chin to accentuate his contemplation, only removing his finger a couple minutes later when he had an answer, "Well, it shapes my life by making me able to fight villains, making me capable of becoming a hero... But otherwise it's too faint to really notice, as my quirk just passively does things without me really needing to think." Eiji said, satisfied with his answer, hoping it'd satisfy the owl girl as well.

Eiji would move his arms in front of him, before bending his fingers back and cracking his knuckles, "Sorry if you don't like people cracking their knuckles, bit of an old habit... Anyway, moving on to your other questions." Eiji said positioning his arms back behind his head again, floaty smile in tow. "My limits? Well my limits are close to  average in most senses of the word.
[1/25/2020, 10:10:54 PM] Eiji Eguchi 「Zephyrs Gale」: Now my quirk on the other hand, it's a bit different, having it's own "tank" that stores the air I breathe, it doesn't have a maximum capacity from what I've been able to tell, but eventually with enough air in it air starts to leak out, annoying as it is there isn't anything I've been able to think of to counteract that. Secondly, the motions I have to perform are all legitimate motions, ones that only go as fast as I can, I haven't been able to think of anything for that either. Other than that, not much else I can think of off the top of my head."

Eiji sighed, not out of annoyance, but out of trying to breathe some more, every time he mentions his quirk he gets a bit uneasy for seemingly no reason, "For improvements i would like to make... Well." Eiji said squinting his eyes as he tried to think, "Well, for ones i'd like to make, that list is short, if not has none on it, as the only two improvements I wanted to make i've already been trying to do things for." Eiji took a second to space out his answer, so he could answer them in a qna format like the girl had asked him.

"The improvements I've been currently attempting to make so far are, 1. Increasing my lung capacity. and 2. making it take longer for me to be out of breathe. I am achieving those two by running, firstly I've been taking deep breaths and holding them for 20~ seconds, then releasing. Secondly, I've been running, 2 minutes of walking, 1 minute of running, so far I've been seeing some decent results for the short period of time I've been doing it, but otherwise not much else as it's probably going to take a bit of time."
[1/25/2020, 10:10:59 PM] Eiji Eguchi 「Zephyrs Gale」: "Finally, probably the hardest question to answer, simply put, I don't know, all I do know is that I want to be able to help people and defeats villains, and my abilities are ranged, so whichever that one is called, i'd strive to be that one. My mind is already made up so i'd be more willing to adapt to be that specific hero, then I'd want to be something I'm not at all motivated to become." Eiji sighed as he finished, surprised he spent so much time talking.

[1/26/2020, 4:22:52 PM] BOTSakura Yua: Sakura would seem a little confused by Eiji's first comment. Had he really needed to state the obvious? It didn't bother Sakura much but at this point she just wanted to go home and hide in a corner and each unnecessary comment made it take longer for Sakura to do exactly just that. Sakura's behaviour would be unfiltered. Every shudder and shiver, every peek and voice crack, they'd all be representative of Sakura's anxiety-based emotions.

"..." Sakura looked at him, then glanced off to the side as Eiji thought for literally minutes to come up with his answer. It felt like an eternity to Sakura. His answer, regardless what it was, wouldn't satisfy Sakura at all. The answer was the most shallow thing she had heard out of over nearly 20 of his peers that have been discussed with prior to Eiji's turn. Had this 15 year old ever even fought a villain before? Had this boy nothing else in his life but to react violently to people who didn't agree with his or the law's moral compass?
"Are you sure?" Regardless his reasoning, or how much Sakura found it superficial, it didn't matter and she'd remind herself to be indifferent to it. Why? Because the answer wasn't for Sakura - it was for Eiji to think about his position as a person.

"I don't mind (the knuckles)" She replied shortly after, listening to the rest. The boy seemed to weigh himself on his quirk rather heavily. A quirk was only as useful as whomever used it. A quirkless man could easily overpower many of the students at Kyoranki given that the man had the right mindset and humanly growth needed.

Once the questions were over, she'd slowly approach Eiji with an envelop with his name on it. She could feel the slight breeze waft past her feathers once she was in close range.

If you have already submitted a hero gear order, make sure to review it and reflect. However, heroes can't be dependent on hero gear. They'll have to be self sufficient even without it. On the back of your hero gear form, there is a sheet on what kind of quirk training you believe will be suitable for yourself. We will then set it up for you."

"You can place your hero gear submission in #gear-submission and quirk training program ideas in #homework-bin (homework not yet listed).
Do you have any questions? You can text me if anything comes up." She explained, extending her hand out to pass Eiji the envelop.

[1/26/2020, 9:25:51 PM] Eiji Eguchi 「Zephyrs Gale」: Eiji grabs the envelop, staring at it for a second, then opening his mouth as confusion spread through his face, "Is that it? Is this the entire class? Wouldn't most people consider this, a waste of time?" Eiji said, with complete seriousness behind his tone, as well as thorough confusion. "I mean, i could have already worked on my hero gear myself, without intervention. Isn't there anything else you'd like me to try to doing? No tips while fighting? No things to do while i train? As much as i want to say i'm thankful for your time, at this point it's just be a waste of both ours, instead of anything productive."

Eiji sighed, "But oh well, if this is the best help you can give me then i thank you for giving me your best, but if not i'd prefer to have been told i'd come in, talk to someone, answer questions, then get given homework. Either way if this is really all i have to do then i guess i'll be leaving now." Eiji said as he made his way off to leave, gripping the envelop tightly.

[1/26/2020, 9:36:46 PM] BOTSakura Yua: "Yes." She seemed to agree with him, not because of the reasoning but because she wanted to go home and take a nap. It probably didn't mean much to the students, but it was important for Sakura to meet them. To see who they were as people. It would be a waste of time for her to try and make training schedules for people unwilling to follow through with what she'd put down for them based on personality clashes. She watched him leave, then sighed in relief as she flopped back to sitting on the floor - exhausted.

She couldn't really handle much more of this social abuse.
