easy to procc, ign E Q / E Q auto / E Q R / etc, makes you really slippery, insane hard to gank, insane teamfight engage, insane splitpush because no one can catch you.

once you pop your R it's really easy to proc phsae rush with the nimbus speed, nice added bonus speed to make you go FAST.

Transendence
sadly no free ap early, celerity is still hella good but i love the 25% cdr powerspike you get at level 10, it's disgustingly good.

Gathering Storm
gives a fucking insane chunk of ap at 30 mins if your games last that long, 8ap at 10 mins is also hella satisfying, overall a really delicious rune

SECONDARY

Minion demat/ free boots, both are insane good, dematerialiser is really good for good back timing and for countering waveclear heavy mids, free boots is also insane good if you're not looking to get early sorcs or just want to afk farm (NA vlad)

COSMIC INSIGHT
this shit is some GOOD shit right here, the 5% cdr is really noticable early and REALLY satisfiyng once you reach 25% cdr

BUILD:

Protobelt, why? Makes it even easier to procc phaserush and makes you go even ♂ DEEPER ♂ into the enemy team when you want to get that catastrophic 5 man R E

Sorc boots, gives insane damage, usually i buy sorcs first item even before proto, the dmg is so good, cdr boots are alright but you'd need to rush a oblivion orb asap.

Oblivion orb, double pen with the belt and a shitload of hp gives insane tankiness and insane E damage, you're going to hit like a truck and you'll get your 10% free cdr and other free bonuses at this time giving you a NAAAAAAAASTY spike.

Deathcap, once you complete this, you'll have around 500 ap, 25% cdr, 33 magic pen, and a massive erection, prepare to succ.

Liandrys, the damage amp on haunting guise is like a mini dcap, further increasing your already NASTY damage, ult on a 0 mr target will already do 70% of their HP if squishy, damage is insane and with 25% cdr you'll have a lot of time to ramp up.

MEJAIS/VOID complete your build with A) an early mejais because you're just so confident in your 1v9 skills or a void staff if the enemy is trembling and buying MR, buy these items at ANY time you think is right.
