Deira was born in the sacred world of the Kais, Kaioshin. But Deira wasn't some ordinary fruit on the Kaioshin, she was born from a rare golden fruit and raised as a prodigy. Deira spent most of her days studying and under the tutelage and guidance of the Supreme Kai Daiqui and. Deira watched as the Supreme Kai did their overseeing and construction within the universe and studied the positions of both. One day she saw a race of Makyos in a war with the Namekians and questioned the methods of their slaughtering, she grew quite fond of chaos and destruction, despite her masters' teachings. She brought a philosophy to her teacher once, claiming that Mortals are just pawns in a game and that life shouldn't be as important as it should be. The Supreme Kai Silenced her Immediately and punished her.
Many months pass and the Supreme Kai. He had gone off on a Journey to oversee the living realm physically. The Supreme Kai gives Deira the role of overseeing the Afterlife and Aid her Journey with Distant Living realms in separate Quadrants. Deira says "So Daiquis left Me to play with some mortals? My plan to reshape mortals way of living shall be complete now since he isnt watching me, I need a method to control those savage mortals...they're too out of control and the "transformations" for these races can cause me trouble... maybe I can control one...Hmp, that idea shall be used another time, I must act now!” Deira breaks into the Supreme Kais temple and Takes a teleportation ring that allows her to move through realms. She holds out her hands, and a Pair of Potara Earrings are within them. "Master said these Earrings allow me to be a true Kaioshin, Moving through realms with these Earrings on shall make the Traversing plausible". Deira Cleans the earrings as they had dust and puts them on. Suddenly a ray of light appears and engulfs Deira. Deira's skin color begins to glow, Signifying her new role in life as a Kaioshin. She Fakes her personality around her master, to unalarm him.  Even though her master is the only person she respects, she wouldn't rest to remove a threat from her plans. Deira's goal to ensue direct chaos starts now...
